Very beautiful view on the lake and ideal location with convenience store next door.

Good service and location near the station with free parking a short distance in front of the ryokan, ryokan comes with a public bath where all guests must pay a small fee regardless if you are using it or not. 1 small weird detail is that in order to use the hot water for the room shower, the water taps at the basin need to be turned on towards the hot temperature and wait for a while before the shower has hot water.

In front of the lake though our room has no view cause low price ( off season) excellent front office service , shuttle to station and room size is very big ! Love it …

Hotel is abit old. So feeling not as clean. Free Parking across the hotel. Would be abit harder to find parking during mid day. Since parking lot is share.

The location is good, near the bus station. There is a Lawson beside the hotel which is great. But there is no view from room. Bed is hard and no early check in.

A wonderful way to start my first trip to Japan, the location is right on Lake Kawaguchi and just behind is the Mt Fuji Panoramic Ropeway. The staff were really helpful and friendly, would definitely stay again if I ever get the chance.

great onsen close to the train station. Family friendly with good clean facilities. Would highly recommend since it is very good value for money

Amazing ryokan. Friendly staffs & they spoke good English. Located right by the lake and you get amazing view from one of the onsen(there are two, one for men & women). A little bit old but the rooms, lobby, hallways & elevator are clean & well maintained. Highly recommended!

This hotel is very good, they send a van to pick up at bus station and send us when check out we will come back again

Sightseeing is super, location is good, surrounded by food stores and groceries stores, 10mins walk to Kawaguchiko station 👍🏻

Nice location and overall it was ok room was nice and cozy,enjoyed the hot bath

Located on the bank of lake, 100m from the chairlift, and restaurants. Only downside side is that futon beds meant sleeping on the hard floor so no sleep.

The Hotel was satisfactory and was a pleasant stay
