The accommodation environment is excellent, very close to Kawaguchiko Station, and the bed is also very comfortable.

The environment very nice, must will come again, and can direct see mount Fuji, so enjoy.

This is one of the best stay I have in my Japan trip. Mount Fuji is visible from our stay.

The accommodation is very comfortable and clean with a great view. The location is excellent. Waking up in the morning to see Mount Fuji (Fujisan) was beautiful. The weather was also lovely.

Witness the breathtaking sunrise over Mount Fuji right from your room or the rooftop terrace, all while enjoying a relaxing jacuzzi with mountain views. The interior is incredibly luxurious, featuring a home projector, massage chair, large double-door refrigerator, full kitchenware, and a microwave. The space is spacious and spotless, and free parking is available. Be aware that the entrance can be extremely hard to find, located down a narrow alley, making navigation tricky. The surrounding roads are also very narrow, requiring advanced driving skills for larger vehicles (like an 8-seater Alphard SUV) to maneuver. The self check-in system was frequently disconnected.

THE ROOM IS AMAZING GOOD. WE CAN SEE THE FUJI HILL VERY CLEAR. BUT THERE HAS ONE ROOM ONLY. THE OTHER PEOPLE NEED TO SLEEP 2ND FLOOR TATAMI. SO IT SHOULD FIT FOR 2 PERSON, NOT 8 PERSON.

Best Fuji Mt. view and nice place to stay.

The room was too dark, and there were no curtains to block the sunlight, only zip-track blinds. In the bathroom, the water heater’s on/off switch was not user-friendly. Additionally, the gym had no windows, making it dark and poorly equipped.

The location was great along with the cleanliness of the place. However their customer service is slow in rectifying issues.

A great choice for a stay here, you can see Mount Fuji directly from the accommodation.
