Reviews of Fuji Gran Villa - Toki -

This accommodation is superb, facilities are amazing, units are huge, gadgets are phenomenal, views of the mountain is spectacular, free shuttle service is fantastic. The service is excellent, there is one tiny area of improvement, due to my lack of understanding the complex transport network in Japan, my land arrangements were somewhat daunting. When asking for help/advice at reception, the staff’s knowledge of what is available in what is a major tourist destination is lacking. There is a free shuttle bus that does a loop every hour and would have ben ideal to go to the lake area, however we only discovered this once there, and this was after asking the staff directly. But all in all , I will be back

the food is exceptional  I love how organised everything is placed the staff is very kind and sweet great view of Mount Fuji only mid thing is that the projector won’t work once you take out the card on the second floor overall a really good experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near fuji q Highland. Provides shuttle bus services to places like the train station, fujinq Highland and etc Staff were very polite and patient in explaining, too!

You'll be amazed with the spectacular view of Mt.Fuji. definitely worth it.very affordable, clean and cozy. I'll be coming back...

This hotel is very good, with a very good view for Mount Fuji. We had a wonderful night with bbq dinner at the roof.

Fuji gran villa never fails to impress me. This was my second stay and the service and environment was still top notch. It’s preferable to stay there if you are driving as it’s quite far to walk to the bus stop or train station.

Superb place with wonderful view. The place is new. Modern style inside and outside. A bit hard from people without car (or use bus). BTW everyone stay with delightful and request to spend more night here!!

Was charged additional $50 for checking in after 10pm, and if didn’t agree that means I would have had to wait till the next morning for check in at 7am. Had no choice cause of the flight timing and wrote in to update that we would be late and asked for a special request - no acknowledgement from them either. Was allocated a unit much further behind. Extremely disappointed as the place was nice but things like this ruin the experience. You’ve been warned.

Aside from the stairs, this is probably the cleanest and best serviced villas I’ve stayed at on this trip. Rooftop dining and view of Mt Fuji were amazing experiences for the price!

My only regret? Staying for just one night. If time allowed, I would have gladly extended my visit for a full week to truly savor the beauty of this place. Without a doubt, this is a destination I will be returning to, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable escape with the most spectacular view of Mount Fuji.

Excellent hotel, the view is very great snd and the room is big and beautiful, the staff is very nice and helpful, the only place can improve is the location that a bit far from train station and bus stop.
