The hotel is clean and hygienic, the front desk service is great, parking is convenient, the surrounding environment is good, and shopping is convenient. Parking is convenient, service is good, check-in is fast, and the surrounding area is very convenient for eating and shopping. It’s half an hour’s drive from Tianchi. The family room is one bedroom and two living rooms. The bedrooms are on both sides of the living room. The room is very large, with one large bed, two single beds, and two bathrooms. The restaurant's secret tile fish is a must-have. It gave us a pleasant change of taste after eating beef and mutton for several days. It can also be delivered to the room. The service and taste are very good, but the Xinjiang food is very heavy and hard to eat. Not finished! Forgot to take pictures of the room! The only drawback is that the hotel's bath water has never been hot. It is estimated to be only about 35 degrees. It is not very convenient for the elderly to soak their feet. Overall satisfied!

It's a very old hotel. The smell of smoke in the room is so strong that it can't be dissipated even if the windows are opened for ventilation. There are few types of breakfast, the product is very poor, and it is not at the level of a star hotel. The overall facilities and experience in various tourist destinations in Xinjiang are not very good. There is a big gap in price and software and hardware facilities. In particular, the service awareness and concept are too serious.

It is very convenient to go to the Pedestrian Street Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital nearby. It is very good. I will come again next time.

This hotel looks relatively old, and the sound insulation is not very good. If you check in next door at night, you can hear the voice. The breakfast in the hotel is not rich. There is a food street next to it, where you can taste all the delicacies of Xinjiang.

The big bath towel turned out to be rotten, The shower equipment was splashed with water, The water in the toilet is black and there are debris. I don't know how many days it has not been maintained. One bedside lamp does not light up. Too big a gap with 4 stars
