Saitama Grand Hotel Fukaya

I booked a twin room, and it was quite spacious, which was nice. However, even though I requested a non-smoking room, there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which bothered me. The amenities were a bit disappointing.

I booked breakfast included, and was very satisfied with the wide variety! It was great to be able to try local hoto! I wish there was a room large enough for three adults.

I stay here every time I go on a business trip! The breakfast buffet is so delicious, there's a hot spring and a sauna, and it's super clean. I love this hotel!

After checking in, I had to leave my key at the front desk because I had plans to go out, but I was told that this hotel has a 24-hour front desk, which was very reassuring. The hot spring was also beautiful and clean, which I really liked. This was my first time staying at a hot spring that had Garigari-kun, and I thought it was amazing. The bath was in a unit, but it was spacious and very comfortable compared to other business hotels. What impressed me most was that the roomwear was separate top and bottom! I had trouble falling asleep, probably because the room was dry and the bed didn't suit me, so I ended up not getting enough sleep, but the service and facilities were so good that I would definitely like to stay again next time.

This was my first time staying in a container hotel, and I had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, and I was able to rest peacefully without being bothered by outside noise. The parking lot was right in front of the room, making it easy and convenient to load and unload luggage. The staff were very polite, and I would like to use this hotel again if I have the opportunity to be in the area. To shorten it a bit: The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious, so I didn't have to worry even with a lot of luggage. There was a sauna and a large public bath, which allowed me to relax. Each person received a Garigari-kun ice pop in the bath area, which was perfect after a bath! The attentive service made for a very pleasant stay.
