I often use it because it's located right in front of Fukaya station, clean, and the breakfast is delicious.
I am grateful that there is a large public bath, but it is difficult that there are some places with poor drainage, and I would like you to improve the Wi-Fi connection.
However, overall it is ○, so I would like to use it again.

Was in town briefly for a wedding. The staff were incredibly hospitable and helpful. The room was satisfactory, though small by North American standards.
Everything was okay - nothing stood out as bad. The staff were absolutely amazing though!

Booked this hotel as there was nothing else available in Saitama or at least the area of Saitama I needed to be in. I was HAPPILY surprised by the hotel and it's staff. First there is parking and a decent amount, as I'm a driver this helped a lot. The staff spoke limited English, but more then enough to get checked in. They give complimentary breakfast and beer.... The location is incredible being only steps away from Fukaya station. I will definitely be coming back.

2名の宿泊で2枚のカードキーでしたが、1枚は使用出来なかった為、個別で大浴場から帰った時に部屋に入れなかった。
朝食が混んでいた関係もあるが、殆んどの料理の補充が間に合わず、またスタッフも忙しいため、料理を取り分けるトングを落としたものをそのままセッティングしていた。
他のルートイングループでは満足出来たので大変残念です。

売りは、BSでWOWOWが無料視聴できる点になります。あとは常備のスリッパに加え、使い捨てのスリッパがあり、シャワー後など快適に過ごせます。築後年数を経て致し方ないですが、浴槽の水はけに、問題あり、シャワーのみでお湯は張りません。

少し改装したフロアで、部屋は広く快適。ただ、築年数が経ち仕方ないでしょうが、浴槽の排水が悪い。とてもお湯を張る気分になれない。BSでWOWOW を無料視聴出来るのは、確かに売りです。
