預訂的時候不知道這裡是情侶賓館，就看房間比較大就訂了，到現場一看，房間確實比較大，這麼大面積在日本很不容易訂到。賓館內很安靜，有情侶入住，但是並沒有任何異於普通賓館的地方，住客都彬彬有禮很安靜。
賓館送早餐。另吧枱有飲料、咖啡可以免費喝。

怪我孤陋寡聞不知道有情侶酒店的存在，定這家酒店是因為有停車場可以免費停車，因為孩子在福岡比賽所以定了三晚。第一天到就刷新了我的認知，一樓到二樓沒有電梯，需要自己提行李上到二樓前台在二樓，有兩個樓梯間，其中一個螺旋式樓梯的樓梯間充斥着尿騷味兒。再説房間，大門進去有個獨立走廊，然後才是房間門，入住進去插卡後外面大門才會鎖上，如果外出拔掉房卡外面的大門就不能上鎖，你需要把房卡交給前台，讓前台來給你的房間大門上鎖，因為一間房衹給一張房卡且外面的大門即使你有房卡自己也打不開。等外出回來再到前台要房卡並讓他們給你開門。房間內裝飾如同住在**裏一樣，讓人特別難受，還有一股魅惑的香氣，特別難以忍受。我們就住了一晚簡直坐立不安到處都覺得很臟。早餐有六種套餐可以選，我們衹吃了一次，第二天果斷退房，不能退款也退房。這家酒店並不便宜，不知道攜程出於什麼考慮納入了這家酒店，周圍就是港口，交通不便更沒有餐館，怪我自己確實沒看清楚，下次一定長記性。

優點：房間空間非常大，乾淨整潔，環境寧靜，房間窗口剛好對著碼頭，視野廣闊；房間內可抽煙，但完全沒有煙味；有免費泊車位；距離灣岸廣場非常近，只是4分鐘車程；距離天神屋台和博多運河城的屋台也很近；員工服務態度優良；雖然是情趣酒店，但也值得入住，性價比高。
缺點：酒店整體比較舊；最不理想是酒店會提供房間電子門匙，但只能從房內反鎖，我連住兩晚，要外出時比較麻煩，離開房間後關門，門可隨時打開，任何人也可以進入，行李和私人物品沒有保障，酒店距絕提供手動門匙，她會要求你出門後去接待處跟她說，然後由她去代你鎖門，換句話說，等待她鎖門期間，任何人也可入你的房間直到有員工為你鎖門為止，為了安心起見，就自己安排同伴在房門外等待，酒店說不用等，她會用搖控鎖門，試過了，門仍是會打開，直到要求員工上樓在你眼前鎖門後，才能安心出外。

位置較偏，在博多港那邊，交通不是很方便，但房間很大，尤其是浴室，有免費的吧枱，啤酒飲料可以暢飲，每位客人還可以拿一個泡麪，性價比很高！

雖然係情趣酒店，但絕對唔差。
誠意推介，lobby又大又光猛一啲都唔失禮。
房間好大，廁所乾濕分離，有雪櫃有微波爐，床都好好訓，有小露台，一次性用品有齊，護膚品有齊，風筒曲髮夾有齊，domdom有齊。
仲有早餐送上房，room service都唔係好貴。
不過地理就唔太方便，要自駕。
同埋由地下去lobby得樓梯無電梯，要托行李。
出入要放低匙卡，但相對來說保安亦做得十分好。
的士去天神mina 700羊左右
