Spacious, good for family. Takes 10 mins to walk to Hakata Station. Quite area. Comfortable beds. Need to pay attention to the email they sent you, as you need the passcode to enter the building. Unmanned check in, make sure you know what you are doing and take a screenshot of the passcode for your room.

エントランスも綺麗で、タブレットによるチェックインでしたが、簡単にできました！
部屋はホテルと言うより、家のようで、寛げました。
清潔感に関しては、髪の毛が落ちていたりしていたので、潔癖の人は少し気になってしまうかもしれません。
ですが、近くにコンビニもあり、困ることはなさそうです。

子供連れで利用しました、マンションタイプで、ワンフロア2部屋なので、音とかも気にならずとても良いです、洗濯機に洗剤も備付で子供の汗ダクの服も洗濯出来たすかりました、ダイニングテーブルもあるのでお部屋で食事をとるには最高です

唔近地鐵站 清潔一般 因跌咗嘢落床下底 發現入面好多垃圾及積塵 附近生活圈有很多便利店 有兩間藥房 行20分鐘左右 有超市

面積有35米，一家人住也寬敞。基本設施齊，只是有些舊，浴室通風較差，有渠味。臭味沿自洗衣機。露台晒衫衣架形同虛設。正奇怪設計師是不用晒衫，或是不懂力學
