APA Hotel and Resort Hakata Ekihigashi

Getting to the hotel from the station with a suitcase was a breeze! I bought beer from the FamilyMart, which was only a minute's walk away, and enjoyed it in my room. The hot springs were a nice touch and made for a comfortable stay. The only downside was that the hot spring water was a bit too hot for a long soak. Also, it was a bit annoying to be knocked on by the cleaning staff twice at 9 AM, especially since I was staying for multiple nights.

I usually try to avoid APA Hotels, but this trip was decided last minute, so I stayed for the value. I was really impressed that the public bath's water was changed more frequently than at most business hotels, making it very clean. The location, of course, is great – just a 4-5 minute walk from Hakata Station. The bathroom being small is fine, but the drain had a strong odor. The room itself was comfortable.

It was super clean and convenient. I really appreciated that they carefully kept my forgotten belongings. I'd definitely like to use this place again.

It would be great if there was a smoking area. Around Hakata Station, street smoking is prohibited, and even cafes that used to allow smoking no longer do.

Extremely convenient location, very close to the station. The room was clean and the public bath was a great bonus, allowing me to relax comfortably. I'd definitely like to stay here again if I have the chance.

It's an APA Hotel. If you're expecting an APA Hotel, you won't be disappointed. The location is super convenient, right outside Hakata Station's East Exit, and there are plenty of tempting restaurants nearby. What really stands out is the breakfast, served in the motsunabe restaurant on the first floor. You can choose between motsunabe or yudofu in the morning. While it might not be everyone's cup of tea for breakfast, I personally enjoyed it as a unique Hakata experience.

I used this hotel for a business trip. It was great that it had a large public bath and a hot pot restaurant. I had a very pleasant stay.

Great! The bed provided good support, the duvet was comfortable, and the air conditioning maintained a stable temperature. The transportation is decent, there are two other APA hotels on the same street, and it's about a 5-10 minute walk to Hakata.
