酒店離車站步行大約10分鐘，附近有商場、超市、便利店，還算方便，房間有煮食爐、洗衣機、雪櫃，如果酒店能多提供垃圾袋、洗衣用品會比較衛生和方便，整體滿意，會推薦朋友！

房間不舊，設施挺新的，我們利用率也很高。酒店離博多站確實蠻遠的，走路要15分鐘，本週福岡天氣炎熱走到博多站已經滿身是汗，周圍沒有什麼免税店。找到一家sunny24小時的超市可以買肉啥的回家燒。酒店附近有一家volks牛排店很大，挺好吃的。
説回酒店，樓下平板辦理入住挺快的，提前在房主發的郵件上登記住客訊息能省去不少時間。（之前有説網上登記沒用，應該是修復了這個bug）。房間不大（和宣傳圖完全不同），可能不是一個房型吧。我們兩大兩小住的有點擠，每天被迫要把房間理好才能鋪地鋪床。但是房間裏的冰箱和洗烘一體機比較好用，但是房主衹給一小包洗滌劑，需要自帶或者當地買洗滌劑。當然做飯的調料也需要自帶。有兩個床，一個雙人床睡兩個大人有點擠，床有點硬。一個單人床可以睡個初中小孩，床軟一些。辦完入住進門空調已經開好這點好評。樓下有門禁和門內有鎖可以反鎖房門能增加入住安全感。總體來説，一般吧，入住體驗還可以。

Not our favorite. The location is quite far from Hakata station and they charge 500 Yen per piece of luggage (regardless of size) for storage before you check in or after you check out at their office which isnt too near the apartment. That was the first and main issue as we arroved at 8am and coulddnt check in until 3pm. Other similar establishments would at least offer free luggage storage. The 2nd issue was the fact that we were told that we would get 3 beds (1 big & small) for 4 adults. What we got was 1 big bed, 1 small bed and 1 folded cushion bed. Luckily I am not a fussy traveler. But this is definitely not a good pick and not worth the price. But then again I would suggest to consider staying not around Hakata but a little further west from Hakata.

시설은 신축 처럼 깨끗했고, 세탁기와 조리 공간등 아주 좋았습니다. 침대도 넓고, 위치는 하카타역에서 도보로 20분정도 인지하고 있던 부분이라 모든 부분 만족합니다. 다음에 기회가 된다면 또 이용할 의사가 있습니다.

싸고 깨끗한 무인 호텔. 하카타 역에서 도보 15-20분. 체크인은 키오스크로 하면 되고 들어가보면 아주 쾌적함. Tv랑 소파 있는 거실 + 방 2개에 더블 침대라 4명 기본에 맘만 먹으면 5-6명도 잘 거 같음. 재방문 의사 충만

I booked the family suite as it was a great price, and it exceeded my expectations. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the room was much bigger than I expected, especially the bathroom. The location is about a 20-minute walk from Hakata Station, but if you’re not in a rush, it’s a fantastic place to stay. I’d definitely book here again!
