Great place to stay! The room was spacious enough for two large suitcases, with plenty of room to spare. It's a short walk from Yakuin subway station and a bus stop. There's a 7-Eleven and a supermarket with fresh produce nearby.

This hotel is very spacious and extremely clean, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The onsen facilities were a great bonus, and we were pleasantly surprised by the free-flow beer counter. Truly impressed and very happy with this hotel. Highly recommended for a wonderful stay. 🍺✨

The hotel room was pretty spacious for 1 person, and the location was also convenient and close to the subway station. I had a comfortable stay throughout my 5 nights there. I also loved that there is a supermarket just right outside the subway station for my daily grocery and supper/breakfast runs which was soo convenient, as the prices there are more affordable than convenient stores. There is also a lounge where you can have free alcohol/coffee/soft drinks for free. The only small issues are that there is a mild stale smell in the room, and you can hear the train sounds from the room (both of which didnt really affect me). The bed and pillows are also on the hard side so it would be good if they were softer. Other than that, highly recommend this hotel for your fukuoka trip.

Staying in Yakuin was super comfortable! The hotel is incredibly close to the subway station, just a 2-3 minute walk away. There's a 7-Eleven right near the station too. It's less than a 10-minute subway ride to Hakata, which was really convenient for catching trains on a busy day. I highly recommend staying here! There are also lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. Loved it!

complimentary lounge with free drinks (coffee & alcohol included) is unbeatable! The bathing spa is spacious and very nice. However, since hotel is next to tram station, a bit noisy when the tram pass by.

The hotel is conveniently located near Yakuin, just a 5-minute walk away! The environment is lovely, and the facilities are basic but sufficient. The room was also very quiet, making it easy to sleep. However, there's no room service. You'll need to go to the counter yourself to get towels, tissues, and trash bags for self-cleaning. Also, toiletries are not provided; you have to purchase them for 200 Yen.

decently sized apartment, much better than the other hotels closer to hakata station. annex i was in was a short walking distance to the main hotel which contains the bathhouse

Good service and a helpful front desk that quickly solved my problems. There’s a small lounge offering free soft drinks and alcoholic beverages every night. Just note that the washing machines are unavailable after 0am.
