The wall of the house has no sunlight at all, but there is noise from the traffic track next to it; 4) The facilities are very old and the carpets are dirty; 5) Accommodation tax is double charged. I paid another 200 tax in cash at check-in, although the order showed prepaid Price included.

This is a small business hotel located a 1-minute walk from Yakuin Station. The staff was very friendly, and above all, it was a cost-effective hotel with cheaper prices and clean rooms compared to hotels in downtown Hakata.

If you don't have money, there's nothing you can do. Go to a capsule hotel. There is no wifi here and the service is not good. I will not be re-booking.

Single approx. It was a reasonably priced stay, and the room was very clean and well-kept. Another feature of this hotel is that guests can use the large public bath on the top floor, which was a selling point of the former Personal Hotel Omiya, free of charge, which is much more soothing than using the unit bath in the room. I used it three times during my one-night stay, and there were only one or two other users, so it was comfortable and not crowded. The staff is also kind. I think the cost performance is very good. I will use it again from time to time.

In Japan, where there are many business hotels, I have never seen a room this spacious and in good condition. I stayed there for a trip and was very satisfied. First of all, I used the public bath in the morning to relieve the fatigue of the day, but it was so nice that it was quiet. I am also satisfied with the service of the staff.

There are plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It's close to the station and easy to access, so I highly recommend it.
