Good location

It felt a bit dated, but overall I was satisfied. There is a smoking room on the first floor, a coffee pot, and an ice water purifier (it's just a water purifier). Breakfast is similar to other business hotels.

I used it at a concert. I chose this location simply because it was close to the subway station as my flight the next day was early, but it was quiet as it was one block away from the main street. The hotel itself was a very old building, but it was well maintained, had plenty of amenities (you chose what you needed at the front desk), and the futon was comfortable and you could sleep soundly. The staff at the front desk have a soft demeanor and the hotel has a good overall impression. I will use it again when I go to Fukuoka.

The staff's response is very good! It's not that new as a hotel, but the location is good and it's very convenient! I would like to use it again.

Location near the station. The room is normal. There was no common deodorant spray available.

I am satisfied with the location and the front desk. However, I think that it is a minus point that the air conditioner is centrally controlled and cannot be easily set to an appropriate temperature. (It was mid-July and it was too cold even if it was weak.)

年始に利用しました。 博多駅近くで立地がかなり良いです。駐車場もあり、１泊1,000円と近隣のＰと比べても破格だと思います。 シングルの部屋でしたが、ベッドもセミダブルくらいあるし、お部屋も広く感じました。ユニットバスは少し狭いですが、寝るだけなら十分だと思います。建物自体、多少古いですが、お掃除も行き届いており、またの機会があれば是非利用したいと思います。

CP值高的商務酒店，位於博多站巴士總站旁，從博多車站步行5分鐘到達。可寄存行李，房間比其他商務酒店大，下次會再入住。

歯ブラシセット以外のアメニティ、ポットなどはロビーから持って移動するのは、面倒ですが、物価高ですし、不要な人もいるので、しょうがないですかね。 部屋は清潔感ありましたが、寝つく前には、たまにボイラーか何かの騒音と振動が気になりました。 こちらのサイトから予約させて頂いたお陰で、4ヶ月前と同じ価格で泊まれました。他で検索したら、倍の値段だったの、敬遠してましたが、ラッキーでした。

古いホテルだが、清潔に保たれていて、好感がもてた。 ひとつ不満な点は、朝食の写真につられて、オプションで800円で申し込んだが、実際の朝食で、『え、これで800円』、、、となった。生*は無いわ、全部冷えてるわ、味噌汁不味いわで、後悔の朝食となりました。

やすいしいいと思う

博多駅から２階デッキを歩いてすぐという近さ。ホテル宿泊費高騰の昨今にもかかわらず、他と比べて安い宿泊代。お部屋は清潔。フロントも礼儀正しく、親切丁寧。朝ご飯は和食。ごはんとみそ汁、コーンスープ。おかずは１０種類ぐらいあったろうか。焼き魚、*焼き、ウインナー、マカロニサラダ、ひじき煮、納豆、野菜の煮物が３種類ぐらい。ネスカフェのコーヒーもありました。こちらのホテルを選んでよかったです。

博多駅から徒歩3分と大変便利な立地です。外出の際には鍵を預けます。部屋に歯ブラシやタオル類、ネグリジェはあります。1階に朝食用レストラン、喫煙室、その向かいに電子レンジ2台、セルフで持って行く加湿器、電気ポット、マグカップがあります。ティーパック類はありません。バスルームへの段差が40㎝とかなり高いです。安くて便利さを求める方にお勧めです。
