The place is about 17 minutes walk from the Hakata station but is in a quite neighborhood which me an dmy family liked. There were really good restaurants nearby which was about 10 minutes walk. The room itself was quite nice and the bed was very comfy. The only thing was there isn't any cleaning service during the stay - which was okay by us - but I wished there were extra plastic bags for the trash. I would definitely book again on our next trip to Fukuoka.

It is an unmanned self-service hotel. You have to check in and check out by yourself. No luggage storage is provided (not provided before or after check-in). You have to sort the garbage by yourself and clean the room by yourself (no matter how many days you stay). I seriously suspect that I booked a B&B instead of a hotel. The problem is that B&Bs are not so strict. It feels like a split monthly rental. In short, please consider it if you book for more than two days. The location of the hotel is good and the room space is quite spacious, which is one of the few advantages.

The room was clean and spacious, but the hot water in the sink was sometimes hot and sometimes not (only cold water came out when the bathtub was filled with hot water) and there was no outlet by the pillow, so it was difficult to charge my phone.
