Oriental Hotel Fukuoka Hakata Station Reviews

The location of this hotel is just outside Hakata Station. Fukuoka Airport is 2 stations away. Meeting point for Klook tours is also here. Location couldn’t be better 👍 Our Twin Room is a comfortable size, we can open 2 24” luggage bag and have space to walk. There is also a seat and a small table. Free coffee snd sake is provided at lobby after 3pm and free soba after 9pm. Cleanliness can be better - I saw dirt and packaging plastic in the room when I checked in.

Super convenient, just next to 博多站筑紫口出口。 with welcome coffee, sake for adults, snack for kids, also free photography. The kids is happy.

Took my son to his first out of country trip. My son just turned one year old. The hotel location was super convenient, literally 5 mins walk from the train station and got a convenient store right downstairs. The room itself was fairly big able to fit a baby crib (provided by the hotel) inside the room. We even got a private balcony for a afternoon beer with my wife. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Forgot to mention, the bathtub is pretty big too.

It’s Very near Hakata station, it’s very high CP TO Rental stay here. Especially very suitable for family stay here.

A very good location and convenience hotel which is nearby Hakata station with shopping centre, food shops and souvenirs shops. The hotel staffs are kind and helpful. Provided luggage storage and welcome photo taking, foods n drinks. I am glad and happy to stay here and definitely will come back.

We arrived early and was delighted to know that there's early check in or late check out perks to choose for joining as their first time member. The location is wonderful and we will be back again!

Room is clean, not huge but sufficient size. Great service, as I forgot my toiletry bag in Tokyo before arriving in Fukuoka and the front desk lady was able to call the Tokyo hotel and have them locate and secure the bag for me to pick up later. Offers welcome soba (21:00-23:00) and welcome drink (15:00-23:00). Also has a a Photo Booth to take welcome photos (picture quality is not great so more for fun) and a Gacha machine to dispense welcome gifts for kids. The lobby area has a huge long desk with many seatings, as well as a nice little library.

The greatest location in Fukuoka! The best breakfast buffet! I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. I would definitely choose this hotel next trip!

Location was v convenient, just beside the major Hakata station which is good if u are using Hakata as a base for exploring Kyushu. Easy access to airport via cab or subway too. Cab fare was just JPY1700 to the airport. Plenty of shopping and dining options around Hakata station. Hotel provides free alcohol and soba for guests at certain time daily. Room was very small though even for single traveller; could have had more shelves or hooks around the room to keep stuff. It was very clean and modern. My main gripe is the lack of soundproofing of the rooms and you can practically hear everything going on outside of your room. On my first night, I was awoken at 130am by the occupants of the opposite room causing a huge commotion but I wasnt sure what was going on till I saw paramedics carrying an old lady out of the room much later. On the second night, new guests had occupied the opposite room and they were having some party in there causing alot of noise till past 1am. I called front desk for assistance and eventually saw 6 or more guests leaving the room.. Music from the garden on the 5th floor was also audible from my room on the 9th floor - perhaps management may want to consider lowering the volume of the music at night..

Great location, just next to JR station. However, the room size is too small. The breakfast is too crowded and the refilling of food is too slow.

Location is excellence. Hotel is right beside the Shinkansen Station. Room is new and clean.
