I stayed one night at C and two more nights at B. Both were clean and comfortable. C had a larger duplex, while B had more space downstairs, making B a more convenient option for families. There are also supermarkets, convenience stores and several restaurants nearby, which is very convenient.

The hotel is easy to travel, not far from Hakata station, about 10-15 minutes walk. Around the hotel there are 7-Eleven, Family Mart, walk a little further and there is Max Value. Behind the accommodation there is a very large shop with cheap prices and tax fee payment. As for the room, it is good and clean, with enough beds, space for luggage, the bathroom is good, clean, with a bathtub, and a washing machine. The accommodation has prepared a lot of towels, enough for several days. There were 4 of us. When booking, we informed that we would only book 3 people, but we could add extra people. The price is cheap, but you have to contact the accommodation 1 week in advance. For anyone interested in staying with friends or family, I recommend this place.

Even if you just come without thinking, it is not possible. If you arrive early, you can wait while having a cup of tea at the Royal Host Family Restaurant Cafe in front of the accommodation. The room information says that 5 people can sleep, but there are not 5 beds, but bunk beds on the 2nd floor (a sofa bed on the 2nd floor) and 3 futons in the attic. You can climb the attic ladder for a day or two, but it is not easy to climb up and down for more than 3 days. There is no electrical outlet in the attic. Please note. The cleaning condition is wet and routine even though I requested it in advance. There is a lot of hair. And the futons in the attic need to be changed once. Drinking water is not provided at all, so you have to buy it separately. There are many shortcomings, but this accommodation provides a good experience for the price when there are 3 or more people. The location is good, so it is easy to walk to Fukuoka's famous places and downtown areas, and you can use the bus stop right in front to go here and there by bus. If the accommodation pays a little more attention to cleanliness, it would be much better.

It was about a 15-minute walk from Hakata Station, and the location was perfect, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Four healthy, adult men slept in the room, and it didn't feel cramped at all.
