6-7 minutes from subway - Nakasu Kawabata station. Room is clean enough. Check out is pretty easy; just drop key into the key box put on in the elevator.

Our bedsheets we’re covered in what looked like semen. After we asked them to change we got a different room, but same problem. In the end they gave us fresh sheets and apologized for the inconvenience. The location was not too bad. If u just need a place to stay for the night it’s alright.

Lots of nice izakaya restaurants around even though it's about a 20min walk to the main *****.
Booked this place as it had parking but when we got there, was told no parking available even though there were some spaces free.
Not difficult to find paid parking anyways (overnight paid parking around 900yen)
Very annoying that there is only one lift and you have to wait for ages.
The room was tiny and the bathroom was a real squeeze even for me and I'm not very large.
Overall would not recommend. But it was cheap. So u get what u pay for.

Ok hotel in a great location. It's quite basic and the queue for the lift can be inconvenient at check out times as it's very small and not enough room for multiple guests with luggage checking out at similar times. Check out time is also very early at 10 o'clock.

Location is about a 10 min walk from the nearest station. Quiet neighbourhood. Room is clean as with most Japanese hotels.

Location was not near to any train station but if you can take the bus it would be a bit easy. We stayed 3 rooms for 4 nights and most of the time we enjoy our walking trip. The area is very quite you cant even hear any sound which is great. Near by got Max Value which is a lot better than small convenience stores. I actually like the hotel a lot. But one comment is one of the room we got have a strong smoking smell. Taxi is a great option by using Didi app
