Unmanned check in. Need to pay 200yen per person (city tax) when check in which I am not happy about as the price I paid to book is Tax Included.
The room is nice but it is very close to the rail line, it’s a bit noisy and beds are not really comfortable. The room I stayed in had no bad smell as others mentioned, so this was an upside.

하카타역에서 도보 10분거리의 숙소로 다른 리뷰에서 볼 수 있듯 체크인이 어렵다는 단점이 있지만 시설이나 방 크기는 그리 나쁘지 않았습니다. 3인 가족 방문했는데 침구류 깔끔했고, 와이파이 잘 터지고 접근성 나쁘지 않고. 저는 개인적으로 만족스러웠습니다.

這是我過往十年中在日本旅遊住過的綜合水平最差的酒店。硬件弱的經濟型酒店和民宿我都經歷過，但這是唯一一家讓我感受到滿滿的惡意的酒店。
1 沒有前台沒有任何工作人員，入住需要辦理很複雜的手續，（圖9-10）順利的話，花費15-20分鐘，遇到入住高峯，你可能會花去1個小時之久，並且過程很迷茫。既然入住流程複雜，可以通過提前告知的方式，減少入住給旅行帶來的不便。但是酒店詳情中未作任何告知，也沒有主動發郵件告知，甚至，沒有留下郵箱地址，更過分的是，電話是沒人接的，無論是非入住時間還是入住時間。
2 入住時屏幕提示房屋內有任何設備損壞客人必須在入住後2小時內包報告，否則會被認為是客人損壞的。我進門後檢查了空氣凈化器、水壺、電吹風和冰箱，都能運轉，但凈化器的水箱是不正常放置的。第二天晚上使用吹風機時發現吹風機有明顯裂縫（圖6）。郵件告知後反饋説他們每天都會檢查，但是至少沒有發現。這根本就是在推卸責任，保證設備完好並不是客人的責任，現在感覺是客人在為酒店打工。
3房間內除了一個層板和一個二層床以外沒有任何傢俱。下層床是一個床墊直接放在地板上。層板作為桌子我認可，但是不配椅子，這讓我清晰感受到這是故意使人不方便。在房間裏是完全沒地方的，層板前的牆上有一排化粧鏡，但是我每天是跪在地上完成化粧這個動作的。（圖1-2）硬件上還有許多地方體現。301房間是一個有微波爐和一張大桌子的公共區域，桌子確實很大，衹配有兩個幾乎與桌面一樣高的凳子（圖7-8）。我能感受到酒店主人對所有客人説的潛台詞：希望你們衹交錢和衹在深夜回來睡一覺，並不歡迎你們待我的酒店裡。
4 建議攜程重新評估是否要與此酒店合作。這根本不能算是酒店，最多是民宿。

中國人不騙中國人，能不訂就別訂了吧，衞生間一個人無法轉身的大小，腿都撞青了兩塊，浴缸的下水口應該是生銹或者掉漆了沒敢仔細看，廁所非常非常臭，抽水馬桶的聲音驚天動地夜裡我都怕擾民。空調製冷不好，夜裡還熱的不行。自助式入住和退房挺簡單的，4歲的孩子也收住宿税。開關門用的鑰匙，挺古老的，像五十年前分配的公房那種一條長走廊好幾家的房型。走到博多站需要點時間。

열차 소음이 약간 들리고, 층간소음이 동굴처럼 둥둥 울림. 욕조에 물을 내렸더니 화장실 바닥에서 역류되어 10센티정도 물이 차올랐다 내려감.
배수관에 쌓여있던 오물을 구경할 수 있었음.
성인2명, 유아1명(만1세) 예약했는데 무인 체크인 시 성인 4명분 800엔 결제함.
위치는 하카타역에서 가까웠고, 건물 계단에서 보이는 강 전망은 좋음.

衹適合晚上睡一覺，房間不大，但算是整潔，廁所有點異味，淋浴間空間小，不適合大個子。自助入住和退房。勝在便宜，小朋友很喜歡上下床，也算值了～離博多站走路兩個紅綠燈。
