Traveled with my mom and son! ^^ It's a reasonable distance from Hakata Station and Yodobashi Camera, with a convenience store nearby. The GAS restaurant right in front was pretty good, and the unlimited vegetable juice was delicious, haha. The hotel has a self-service system, which is very convenient if you don't have any questions. The room has everything you need: a fridge, microwave, electric kettle, sink, and washing machine, which was great. We didn't use them extensively, but they were very convenient. Oh, and laundry detergent was also provided – such a thoughtful touch! 👍 The TV only had 4 channels, truly a '***** box.' The morning after we arrived in Japan, there was an earthquake alarm while we were eating – the table rattled, which was quite a surprise, haha. Even without knowing Japanese, I understood the earthquake news on TV. We had a comfortable stay. As a side note, due to using the heater, it gets very dry, so a portable humidifier is an absolute must!

The hotel is an 11-minute walk from the Hakata transportation hub, with a 7-Eleven nearby. We arrived at 9:30 PM on the first night and checked in smoothly using the self-service machine. It felt very safe to go to the convenience store next door at 10 PM to grab some snacks. The way to open the room door was quite old-fashioned; you had to open a key box with a code to get the key, and then put it back after unlocking. This was a bit inconvenient. Remember that the elevator is extremely busy before 10 AM every day due to the large number of people checking out. We had to wait a long time for the elevator every morning. When we checked out to go to our next hotel, there was no luggage storage available, so we had to pay 1600 JPY to find the nearest storage facility. This was really inconvenient. I hope the hotel considers setting up a paid luggage storage service.

The room layout is well-designed and the facilities are complete, much more spacious than a typical hotel. It was a bit noisy facing the street, but everything else was great. The transportation is convenient, and you can walk to Hakata Station. There's also a Sunny supermarket nearby, which is a real gem.

Not many hotels were available as we decided to visit Fukuoka just a few days before departure. The good: 1. Very spacious room with two big beds and one sofa bed. Still have space to walk even after putting down 3 big pieces of luggage. 2. Room includes almost all facilities you want including washer, movable clothes hanger, electric stove and microwave oven. 3. Separate toilet and bathing room and are clean. 4. Just about 10-11 minutes walk to Hakata station. 5. Unmanned hotel but staff can be reached with a pad inside the room and they are quick to respond. They even answered my emails during late night hours and on Sunday. The bad: 1. Hotel right in front of a main street so many street racers / bikers noise can be heard at night. 2. Unmanned hotel so check in can be difficult for people unfamiliar with computers / smart phones usage. 3. Two large cockroaches seen at hotel lobby one night but this just a minor problem as long as they are not inside the room! Overall a very good accommodation at this price range.

1) Pros - Place us very clean and sufficient trash bags, toilet paper, etc. were provided. Very complete cutlery and the water boiler is fantastic! 2) can be improved - too few hangars, should at least have about 10 for winter jackets and clothes: the door lock is very inconvenient especially with no lighting along the corridor when dark; only 2 chairs were provided which is insufficient for a family. Have stackable stools would be good
