Basically the room is clean and spacious. However, need to put the” clean the room tag” in front of the door in order to have the room clean up else they will just leave a pack of towels and two bottles of water in front of the door. Tried the breakfast at Why Not, but it is not up to my expectations. The coffee and dessert at The Local cafe downstairs are not bad.

We booked a twin room Chapter4 with 2 small double beds. The space is big which is good for us as we have 2 active toddlers and it was just nice for them to move around in the room. Bed size is just nice. We requested kids toiletries and the hotel provided kid's toilet seat and toothbrush. Buffet breakfast option available but we didn't try as ¥3500/adult is a bit pricey. We settled breakfast at konbini steps away from the hotel. There is a small Cafe just next to the hotel for caffeine fix, nice coffee at reasonable price. No coin laundry available, I have to drive 5mins to get one. Location wise,, it took us about 10mins walk from Hakata station and that means quieter environment. In short, I recommend it for family stay with kids as it offers bigger room space, reasonable price, quiet environment and near to Hakata station.

The room is so big. The washroom design is great and convenience be used for a family. The location is about 7 mins walk from Hakata station. Not bad.

Although the room was compact, it was well-designed. Our family of three had no problem buying groceries from the supermarket and eating dinner at the hotel. It was very clean, and the location was super convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from Fukuoka JR Station. The lobby also had a great design aesthetic.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Higashi-Hie subway station on the airport line, and it's just one stop to Hakata Station. There's a 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and a drugstore nearby, so it's really convenient. The hotel lobby has a lovely European library feel, and the rooms are very spacious. Plus, you get complimentary Italian illy capsule coffee.

Beautiful hotel lobby and room. My family also enjoyed the lounge that comes with episode rooms.

Perfect location, 7 mins walk from Hakata Station and there is a Family Mart nearby which is super convenient. We bought our breakfast and dessert from Family Mart.  Rooms are spacious and kids friendly (kid slippers and toothbrush were provided. They also provided a baby crib upon request). The brand of high chair in Why Not is stokke! We enjoyed the stay a lot.

I like the simple and yet sufficient amenities in hotel. I can work out daily in gym followed by a light breakfast in “the Local” coffee shop. Hotel is around 10 mins walk to Hakata station, facing a park with schools around in a quiet & relaxing neighborhood. Except there was smell in the bathroom which i guess was from the drainage, overall hygiene was satisfactory.

Very good location within 10mins walk to main Hakata station. Great food options in the vicinity. Hotel was beautiful and very quiet. Bed was a bit too soft for me but still very restful sleeps.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. close to everything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay!

The hotel is quite close to Hakata Station, about a 7-10 minute walk from the Chikushi Exit or Chikushi Side Exit. There's a convenience store just to the left when you exit the hotel. Most of the dining options are closer to the station; the famous Hakata ramen was much too salty for my taste. The hotel's exterior and reception lobby are spacious and impressive. Due to an issue with our room type reservation, the front desk attendant on duty that day patiently and thoroughly explained the situation with a friendly attitude. For a hotel in Japan, the room size was decent; we could lay out two suitcases, one large and one small. The hotel is well-maintained and clean, and they provide two complimentary bottles of mineral water. The double bed was quite small (definitely not 1.5 meters, probably around 1.3 meters). My biggest frustration was with the showerhead; due to water pressure issues, it constantly pointed to one side, making it very difficult to control the spray direction.

The room quality is comparable to mid-range hotels like Orange Hotel or Atour in China. The lobby is beautiful. Otherwise, it's a decent hotel for a short stay, nothing extraordinary but perfectly fine. The bathroom isn't my preferred Japanese-style with a completely separate wet and dry area. It's not bad, just not exactly what I like. The location is pretty good; it's not a long walk to Hakata Station, and a taxi from the airport is a quick ride.

Nicely decorated and conveniently located in a quiet area. Walking distance to Hakata Station. Helpful staff. Room size was fine, not too small.
