Also, everything at this hotel is time-limited or quantity-limited. The coffee machine in the lobby, outside of breakfast hours, only opens for guests after 2 PM 😓. Bath salts for bathing are only available for free from some unknown time in the evening until 11 PM, and it's first-come, first-served; if you're late, they're usually all gone. Furthermore, if you choose not to have your room cleaned, the hotel won't give you water. You have to personally go to the front desk and ask, and then the staff needs to ask for your room number and check their computer to see if you haven't received new bottled water that day. This experience made me feel very uncomfortable. On checkout day, I wanted to ask the front desk for another bottle of water, and they said no because it's limited to two bottles per day 🤬🤬🤬 I have never stayed at any four-star hotel with this kind of service!!
