It advertises as a 4-star, but it is at best a 2.5 star. The reception area is entirely a cafe and the reception counter is just a table at a small corner. The walls and ceilings of the rooms are bare-face concrete slabs. It looks like a cell in a prison.

酒店毗鄰繁華的中洲商業區，旁邊就有便利店，購物餐飲非常方便，距離公交車站有500米左右的距離需要步行。風格是符合年輕人的極簡工業風，看個人喜好。一樓有酒店自營的咖啡吧。衞生、服務、設施都還不錯，房間很寬敞，特別是衞生間超大。

一個人的福岡小旅行，酒店位置還可以，房間大小適中，不大但在日本算可以的。交通其實沒有想象的方便，但是天神和博多運河也確實步行可達，雖然走的有點累。最大優點是酒店依託一樓咖啡廳，這個咖啡廳的夏日刨冰和可麗餅都好好吃，周邊好吃的飯店也非常多，推薦吃貨必住。另外前台和咖啡廳店員都非常時髦，都是年輕帥哥美女，特別是前台短髮女生有點像狗妹仲裏依紗，非常可愛。總之很推介一個人或者情侶出遊。

Booked a bed in the dorm room. The dorm was clean and quiet. Also loved the common space. The staff were friendly.
But I found it strange that guests were asked to remove the sheets and blanket cover while checking out (never seen anywhere before). Did not like the fact that the cleaning was rushed; it started before check-out time leaving no towels in the common space. Would be better if cleaning starts after check-out.
