整棟日式房子，裝修新穎漂亮，最多可容納九個住客。屋內有三種房形，迎合大家不同的需要。上下層各有一個洗手間，但浴室只得地下一個。有洗衣機可以洗衣服，但沒有足夠的晾衣服衣架和晾衫架，但可以用浴室的乾衣功能，把衣服烘乾。屋內提供了足夠的樽裝水，茶包和咖啡包，有煮食的用具，但沒有油及調味品。走路大概5分鐘，可去到二十四小時Sunny 超市及藥房(9點關門）沿路亦有便利店。
入住之前，會收到房東的email，要求填寫入住的所有人的資料，入住的前一天，會收到房東的email，提供大門的密碼，出入要用門匙鎖最外面的門欄。如有問題，可用email 聯絡房東，房東會很快的回覆。我們乘搭Taxi 來，司機容易透過地圖找到這所房子。
