Hotel Reference Hakata Reisen

The lady at the hotel front desk was incredibly polite and patient. Even though she didn't speak Chinese, she used Google Translate to communicate with us in real-time, very carefully confirming our room arrangements. The hotel's location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk from Hakata Station. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time. I really want to recommend this hotel, but I'm also worried it'll become too popular and the prices will go up, haha! 😂

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. I stayed in a double room by myself and it was very comfortable and clean. The only minor issue is that when people shower upstairs, the bathroom gets humid, so you definitely need to keep the fan on. Overall, I was satisfied!

The hotel is clean, reasonably priced, and incredibly convenient for transportation. Next to the hotel, there's a small eatery called Lengquan Canteen, which offers simple breakfast options. You can even grab coffee from the hotel's coffee machine and bring it over to the canteen for breakfast, which is very convenient. To get to the hotel from the airport, take the Airport Subway Line and get off at Gion Station. Exit 6 has an elevator, and the hotel is just a 4-minute walk from there.

I visited for exercise and found it to be excellent value for money, clean, and relatively quiet. The staff were also very friendly. I booked for 6 days, and unusually, housekeeping only came once in the middle of my stay. On other days, they just left amenities outside my door. The bed was large and comfortable, which was great. The air conditioning worked well, and there's a coin laundry machine and a coffee machine on the first floor, so you can get free coffee. I would definitely stay here again if I revisit. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi sometimes doesn't work well, but other than that, everything was great.

The location is super convenient! It's just a few minutes' walk from two different subway lines, and close to Kushida Shrine and Kawabata Shopping Arcade. The front desk staff were also very friendly!
