The room was spacious and the location was great, just a ten-minute walk from Tenjin. What's more, it's very close to the subway station and has an elevator, which made moving my luggage around super easy! It was a bit of a splurge for one person, but it would be absolutely perfect for two.

Nice and clean room. Asked for more pillows. Ice machine on the first floor was nice. Breakfast offered very few food selections. Paper plate and plastic utensils was a bit turn off. Other than that, the hotel was very nice. (Eel restaurant next to the hotel was a bit pricey but really good)

The bathroom is a bit small, but the room itself is quite spacious, and the bed size is good. There's a large bedside table, which is very convenient for placing items. Plus, each floor has its own glass door, so security is excellent. Cleanliness: It's very clean; they tidy up daily and change the sheets and duvet covers every two days.
