The hotel floors range from the 5th to the 9th floor. You need to go up to the 9th floor first, which is the reception area. Check-in is self-service, but staff are available to assist. Inside the lockers, you will find towels, a face towel, a floor towel (I think), sleepwear, slippers, and a toothbrush set in a bag. In the shower area, there are shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Hair dryers are also provided.
The 3rd–4th floors are sleeping areas for men, and the 5th–6th floors are for women. It is quieter than expected. Inside each capsule, there are both USB charging ports and regular power outlets.
