Excellent location! Room size is acceptable in terms of Japan standard size. Good view though the room is a bit dated. Staff are helpful and polite. Will stay again and recommend to friends.

Our second time staying in this hotel because of its very convenient location.
Everything is alright but the fridge is not working.
And the washroom is a bit small.

I recently stayed at Koko Hotels and had a mixed experience. The staff were very nice and accommodating, which made my stay pleasant. The location is convenient, just about 5 minutes from Teijin Station.
However, I found the sheets to be a bit dirty, which was disappointing. Also, the air conditioning vent was directly above my head, making it uncomfortable. Even with the temperature set to 25 degrees, it felt like I was in a snow room.
Overall, while the staff and location were great, there are some areas for improvement.

酒店地理位置非常好，離福岡機場4站地鐵，從天神南站1號口出來直走200米左右就是，酒店入口較隱蔽，找到一家長崎麪店隔壁一條小走廊就是酒店入口了，長崎麪店不好吃不推薦，酒店馬路對面有一家藍瓶子咖啡和警固神社，天神商圈全部步行可達，方便，推薦入住。

The location is very convenient to train station. The room is clean and nice. The drinkable water can directly get from tap.
