I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, but these three shops are all nearby. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from Tenjin Nishi subway station, and the price is reasonable.

This hotel is super convenient! It's really close to Iwataya, Daimaru, and Blue Bottle Coffee. There's also a FamilyMart right next door and a Kanetora izakaya in the alley behind it. Plus, there are several drugstores nearby, making shopping a breeze.

Staying at this hotel really added to our amazing trip to Tenjin this time. We'll definitely be back in Fukuoka, but we'll try a different hotel next time. This one felt quite old and the soundproofing wasn't great. The cleanliness was also just average.

Location of hotel was excellent as it is very near to entrance of Tenjin Underground Mall and the subway. Paid parking is available onsite. Amenities are available at reception area and you collect what you need. Sleeping pyjamas are provided in room. Beds are comfortable but pillows are thin. Clean and basic rooms, towels get changed daily upon request.

Location is very central in the Tianjin area, with underground shopping street, Nishitetsu railway and express bus centre, all the major department stores like Daimaru and Mitsukoshi etc. all within 5 minutes walk. The hotel itself is a bit outdated and room isn't as clean as it ought to be. However room size is quite generous given its type and staff service is quite admirable. Overall not a bad choice for city visit but still have room for improvements.

The breakfast was plentiful, and the location was super convenient. The commercial street, long-distance bus station, and large shopping malls were all within easy reach. There were also tons of great restaurants right downstairs and nearby. Mr. Li and Mr. Zhang at the front desk, a lady in the restaurant, and the person in charge of reservations all provided excellent service.
