The location is great, just a 5-minute walk to Hakata JR Station, and it's easy to find places to eat nearby. The room is quite spacious. The facilities are excellent and pretty new. It's very clean. The environment is good. The staff are also very enthusiastic.

However, the location isn't particularly convenient; it's a bit hard to find unless you exit from Subway Nishi 6, and I didn't spot any very close convenience stores nearby. Its biggest advantage is probably its proximity to Hakata Station and the airport. The room was clean, and the reception staff were friendly.

Easy walk from Hakata station, location is excellent. Very nice room, lots of amenities and free drinks and ice-cream in the afternoon, breakfast was outstanding. Free washer and dryer in the hotel is a plus. Will definitely come back again.

I had a great stay. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The room was clean and a good size for two people. The location is perfect—right near Hakata Station, which made traveling very easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Though not large, this hotel offers great value for money. Staying on the 13th floor, I could see Hakata Subway Station right outside the window, which speaks volumes about its excellent location! The room was also clean. The only downside was the inconsistent provision of water; sometimes it was given after cleaning, sometimes not, and I couldn't figure out the pattern.

The bathroom is really spacious and even comes with a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long journey. The soundproofing is pretty good too; the street outside isn't noisy at all. The location is excellent, very close to Hakata Station Exit 6, making it convenient to get anywhere. 👏👏👏
