Great for the price! The staff was very friendly and even carried our luggage to our room while we were away during check-in hours. The room isn't huge but has everything you need. Everything is a bit old but in great condition and clean. Location was perfect

The picture of this hotel is not as same as it real like. It’s not comfortable and the furniture is quite old.

The most terrible hotel I ever stay. Horrible bed, carpet, furniture, I think it never upgrade since 80s.

Clean small budget room with private bathroom, we were 3 adults. It was quiet nothing flash, we slept well. Close enough to subway. Ideal coming from airport by subway it is one train. We would stay again.

Good but small room.

I moved from my previous accommodation and left my luggage before checking in. After going out, I was informed at check-in that "my luggage has been brought to my room," which I was very impressed with. I was on a long trip for a week, so my suitcase was very heavy and I was reluctant to carry it, so I was very grateful. Both the staff who took my luggage before check-in and the staff at check-in were very polite. Not only did they carry my luggage to the room, but they also turned on the air conditioner. I had heard in advance that the building was old, but the front lobby, the hallway to the room, and the room were all clean. The room was very spacious, and even though it was a single room, I was able to sleep in a double bed, which was very comfortable. They prepared four bags of tea for me even though I was staying alone, and there was a water server in the lobby, so I didn't have any trouble finding something to drink, which was very nice. The amenities were also sufficient, and all the necessary items were provided. However, as other people have said in their reviews, I felt that it was generally dimly lit. I didn't feel uncomfortable, but since I was a woman alone, some people may feel a little scared if they check in at night. The bathroom is also quite small, as the reviews say. The bathroom itself is large and deep enough, but there is no space between it and the toilet, so there was not enough space to lay a foot mat and wipe my body on it, which was difficult. I'm a small woman, so it was fine, but it may be cramped for larger men. There is a deodorant in the room, so it always smells good. It was a non-smoking room, so it wasn't a problem, but if the smoking rooms are the same, I think it's a nice service for people who "end up in a smoking room even though they don't smoke. However, I was a little bothered by the fact that the bed creaks when I turn over in my sleep, and that I can hear the voices in the hallway and in other rooms. What I'm particularly bothered by is the noise from the floor above. Not only can you hear people walking, but you can also hear the shower in the bath, the toilet flushing, and the hair dryer. It was so loud that I was worried about what I would do if the ceiling collapsed and someone fell on me. I've written about some of the drawbacks, but there are convenience stores and Starbucks nearby, and it's not that far to walk from Akasaka Station, so I think it's okay overall.

It's true that the facilities are old, but they are relatively cleanly maintained.

Overall it's OK, but due to communication problems, they told me that they would charge children's fee in the evening, but I didn't tell them when I went there in the afternoon. The overall price/performance ratio is OK, but the corridor is a bit narrow, and it feels like it's on the middle floor
