博多駅筑紫口ロータリーの横断歩道を渡ってすぐ、都ホテルの一軒置いて隣にあり、買い物にも食事にも、大変便利な立地です。1階にはやよい軒があります。新しく綺麗でコンパクトな造りのビジネスホテルです。フロントの対応は親切です。以前宿泊したことがあるので、データが残っていて、電気スタンドと延長コードなど、事前にご用意頂きました。ただ、ベッドの頭上に冷蔵庫、小さな電気ポットなどがあり、ベッドに上がらないと、冷蔵庫の開け閉めができません。ベッドが左にあるのに、ベッドランプは右にあるなど、物の配置が、お客にとって大変使いづらいです。電気ポットも昭和のホテルによくあった小さいもので、180㏄程のお湯が沸くのに7分もかかり、使い勝手が悪かったです。

JR博多駅近の抜群なアクセスは観光・ビジネス問わず便利。 チェックインは15時だが、事前に荷物は預かってくれる。駅近なので着替えのため手荷物を交換してくれるホスピタリーがいい。 設備は新しくはないものの清掃や基本設備がしっかりしており、無料Wi-Fiや全室空気清浄機、冷蔵庫、湯沸かし器などが設置されている。

博多駅筑紫口から200メートルも離れていないので立地は素晴らしい。コロナ禍なので色々と制限がある中では非常に良い。一つ部屋の設備に改善点を求めるなら、エアコンにオフタイマーがあるといいと思う。

値段の割に部屋はもう少し清潔感が欲しかった。 朝食のやよい軒、チェーン店なのに清潔感が無く残念でした。
