博多駅筑紫口から徒歩10分。新しいホテルです。朝着いて、荷物を預け、加湿器、空気清浄機、電気スタンドをリクエスト。午後、チェックイン後入室すると全てお部屋にご用意頂いていました。フロント前に貸出備品があり、フットマッサージ機もあったのでお借りし、電化製品が多すぎたので、延長コードもさらにお借りしました。フロントにはネパールの方が３人交代で。４年ホテル学校と日本語学校で勉強したそうで、笑顔で、正しい敬語を使ってお話、説明していただきました。コーヒーマシン、電子レンジ、オーブントースターが自由に使えました。

博多駅から徒歩１０分程度と便利でした。 隣には１Ｆに深夜まで賑わう居酒屋があり、コンビニもすぐ近くにあるので便利でした。朝食は感染対策でチェックイン時に希望時間を伝えると部屋までわざわざ配ってくださる手間の入れようでした。朝食も美味しくいただきました。

部屋のアメニティが充実しており、快適でした。また、コロナ対策で除菌スプレー、除菌シート、マスクが部屋に備え付けてあり、自由に持ち帰ることができて、良いサービスだと思いました。

年末の週末にしては安価で宿泊することができました。
しいていえば、TVとベッドの位置が私にとっては遠くて、不便に感じましたが、それ以外は満足です。
