Location is excellent and a hotel that comes with all you need for business travellers.

This is my favorite hotel in Fukuoka! The room is comfortable, the location is perfect, and the staff always do their best to accommodate any requests. I really appreciate their kindness :) I’ll definitely stay at Hakata Green Hotel Annex again next time I visit Fukuoka!

 A Good location next to JR Hakata station. Easy access to nearby restaurants and shops . Room is a reasonable size and clean. 

This is an EXCELLENT hotel for its price. Everything worked perfectly and location was great. Clean and does almost everything you would need in a basic hotel very well. Fuss-free. Only con would be the food. Both restaurants did not taste great, but you can choose not to add on the breakfast.

Typical Japanese small hotel room, but clean and nice. Streets nearby were a bit noisy sometimes but not too bad. Breakfast not included. Very close to station, airport bus, shops and restaurants.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just north of Hakata Station. It's a mere 3-minute walk to the Higashi-Shioya Exit Plaza, which is conveniently located near the Starbucks often used as a meeting point for day tours. The main building and annex are situated very close to each other, so much so that I accidentally walked into the main building first. They couldn't find my booking there, so I had to switch to the annex next door – a bit embarrassing! On the day of my check-in, the lobby's computer system was down. To top it off, a Japanese lady even cut in line. Fortunately, a very warm and helpful Chinese staff member at the front desk manually processed my check-in. Just a heads-up, this hotel also charges an accommodation tax. The room itself was decent, equipped with an air purifier and complimentary bottled water. However, for longer stays, they might forget to replenish the water, so be prepared to ask at the front desk. Downstairs, there's a FamilyMart convenience store. If you exit to the east and turn right, about 100 meters away you'll find a popular day tour meeting point. Across the street, there's a Daikoku Drug store. From the west exit, a left turn leads you down a street brimming with various eateries. The parking lot opposite provides direct access into Hakata Station, where you'll discover a multitude of souvenir shops, izakayas, supermarkets, and even a ramen street. Buses from Saga Airport stop just west of the JR railway tracks, and it's not a far walk from there to the hotel. I encountered several Chinese-speaking staff members at the front desk who were very helpful with inquiries and information. While the hotel is a bit pricey, its convenient location is a definite plus.

The hotel is very close to Hakata Station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the room wasn't large, it was well-equipped and clean. Shopping and dining options in the surrounding area were also very convenient.

The room is on the smaller side, but the location is superb. It's just a 2-minute walk from JR Hakata Station, with incredibly convenient dining and shopping options right at your doorstep. For trips to Tenmangu Shrine or the airport, direct bus services are available right nearby if you prefer not to take the subway.

Booked this room last minute and it was a pleasant surprise! The hotel's location is super convenient, with plenty of convenience stores and drugstores nearby. The tatami room was actually very comfortable, it's nice not to have to wear shoes and just sit on the floor. The soundproofing is excellent, and the facilities are complete. The only downside is that the toilet isn't separated from the shower. Also, they don't store luggage after check-out, and large suitcases can't be stored at all – you'd have to pay 2000 JPY per piece.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the station, making it super convenient for taking the Shinkansen and JR lines. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Aside from the room being a bit small, everything else was perfect!

The location was perfect right by the Hakata station you need to walk three minutes to. And the room itself is awesome for 1 to 2 travellers. Very clean and tidy with everything you need. Will definitely come back again

Second time staying at this hotel and the location is so convenient 😍 One new thing I found out, you can claim two bottles of mineral water from the front desk if you didn't accept room cleaning the previous night ☺️

Cause that wasn’t non smoking room, then smelling of cigarette quite strong. Except this point, everything is good. Specialty the location of hotel is very convenience just nearby the Hakata station.

So close to Hakata Station, less than 5 mins walk. Convenient for travelling. Can see sunset from the window!very helpful staff and super fast in checking in and checking out!
