Although the hotel is a bit older, its facilities are comprehensive. There's an ice machine on every guest room floor, which is really convenient for cold drinks. The cleanliness is excellent, and the staff are very enthusiastic. The facilities are well-maintained. The cleanliness, service, and maintenance all reflect the high standards of a long-standing Japanese chain hotel. It's also very convenient for shopping.

This was my second time staying here, and not only is the place old, but the service quality has significantly declined. The room was small and cramped, and housekeeping only cleans between 10 AM and 1 PM. The toilet in the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly at all, which is a first for me in over 30 trips to Japan. I will definitely not be staying here again.
