About a 5-minute walk from Gion Station. The facilities are old but have been renovated, so it wasn't an issue. I enjoyed the delicious Japanese-style breakfast.

This was my first time visiting Fukuoka Prefecture, and I chose this hotel primarily because of its proximity to Hakata Station. It's conveniently located between Hakata Station and Gion Station, which was perfect for sightseeing. There's so much to see and do that I still haven't had enough. If I ever get the chance to visit again, I'd definitely want to stay here.

Not far from train station can walk about 500m . Easy to access. Clean and good staff services. I'm booking without breakfast but 7-11 about 100 m. away.

Traveling with three people can be tricky with hotels, but this place had 4 beds! It was hard to find a room with enough beds for three, but this was excellent value for money. Since it's an older hotel, the bedding was a bit worn, but the facilities were clean and nice. It was spacious, and even had two bathrooms! I'd definitely go back again.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Hakata Station via an underground passage. I appreciated the canned water provided in the room, and the availability of numerous rental bikes right in front of the park. However, there were only two types of toiletries provided: a shampoo & conditioner combo and body soap. If you have specific preferences, I'd recommend bringing your own.

I stored luggage at counter before check-in time. When I get back to hotel at night, staff had already placed my luggage in my room. That's very helpful. Location is convenient. Very easy to find the hotel.

Hello everyone! We stayed at Rizzan Sea-Park Hotel Tancha Bay from October 3rd to 10th, 2025. The hotel has a great location — there’s a direct airport bus from Naha that takes about 1 hour 30 minutes and stops right at the entrance. At check-in, we were given a room on a lower floor, although we had requested a higher one during booking. The next day the staff kindly changed it for us — excellent service and attention to guests. We booked the half-board plan (breakfast and dinner). The food was delicious and varied, with multiple cuisine zones: European, Japanese, Chinese, and Okinawan. There are also several other dining options on-site, including a BBQ area, Japanese izakaya, dessert buffet, and a traditional-style café. The beach is small but clean, with lifeguards always on duty. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for an extra fee, while towels can be obtained for free with hotel coupons. The hotel was not crowded, which made the atmosphere peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Some interior elements feel a bit dated, but this is balanced by beautiful ocean views, fair pricing, and overall comfort. Overall, it’s a wonderful choice for those seeking a quiet, relaxing stay with scenic surroundings. Highly recommended! 🌺

Good service. I arrived soon due to my flight and left my luggage there for wandering. And when I came back, luggage already brought to my room. Room is bit aged, but got everything you need for.

Highly recommend this hotel! The staff are helpful and friendly with any queries. The traditional breakfast was amazing and a great start to the day. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the bus stop or station and less than 10 minutes walk to Hakata. The hotel is a minute walk to Hakata Old Town and next to Waka Hachimangu Shinto shrine. I will definitely stay here when I return to Fukuoka next time. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏
