Staff were friendly and helpful, room was small but ok for solo traveller with minimal luggage - large suitcases or multiple people with large suitcases might struggle a little having them open (storage should be fine). No powerpoint close to the bed, and no USB charging points anywhere. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was simple but filling. Location was great, a block from the major train station, Lawson's next door, 10 min walk to canal city.

Great location near Hakata station. Old style hotel with key style door opening not the new tap style card opening. Clean room and with complete toiletries. No free daily bottled water. With restaurant on the 1st floor.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 2-minute walk from Hakata Station. The room size is typical for a business hotel, but it was very clean and well-equipped with amenities. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, and even providing rental umbrellas. We had booked two separate nights on different websites and expected to have to check out and back in, but they were able to arrange for us to stay in the same room. We also appreciated that when we opted out of daily housekeeping, they still hung fresh amenities and towels on our door.
