We were a group of 5 staying in accommodation designed for 8, and we were very satisfied.
Pros: This place is perfect for larger groups. The projector was also a really nice touch. Having two separate toilets and two separate showers was incredibly convenient. The check-in process was smooth as a staff member who spoke Korean assisted us via Zoom.
Cons: The location is a bit awkward. It's about a 20-minute walk to both Hakata and Tenjin, which can be tiring. Check-in is a little complicated, but manageable if you fill out the details in the email sent a day before. Being an unmanned facility is a slight inconvenience, but their email response time is decent. The number of towels might be a bit short (extra towels are only available for stays of 4 nights or more).
Amenities: There's a washing machine and a refrigerator.
Tip: If you're coming directly from the airport, taking the Airport Line and getting off at Gion Station would be closer. Google Maps initially directed us through a narrow alley, but I recommend sticking to the main roads instead.
