Residence Hotel Hakata 3

The apartment was top notch with all facilities and a convenient stores nearby but wish if they had more kites utensils and basic supplies like sugar, salt.

Good location, easy to access hakata station walking straight way about 8 minutes . The room was very clean, but you need to keep the curtains closed even in the day time, make me very uncomfortable ,because there is too closely to the opposite property , also we stay four nights, but only got one night toothbrush, I hard to buy toothpaste and toothbrush for other three days. When I leaving the hotel and checked out that machine not working even the call machine not working as well, we came from UK, and haven’t had Japanese phone number, I was so frustrated that time, I had  to emil them , explained what happened the situation, I taken the photos which that machine showing the errors, than waiting there to see if I can go or not, finally 10 minutes later received mail back to say understood how I feeling now and let me leaving now.

Great location, peaceful and quiet yet central, the room has all the amenities a traveller needs
