Hotel LiVEMAX Properties in Fukuoka

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Hakata Station and easy to find, with a Matsuya restaurant conveniently located diagonally opposite. A washing machine is also available on the second floor. Room facilities are decent. However, it seems the duvet covers aren't changed, which is a significant hygiene concern!

The hotel's location is great, near Akasaka Station on the Airport Line. Exits 3 and 6 are close to the hotel, and Exit 6 has an elevator, which is a plus if you have luggage. You can walk or take the Airport subway line to most major attractions in Fukuoka, which is very convenient. Pros: The room has a microwave, so you can heat up food bought from convenience stores. The hotel also has a VOD vending machine, if you know what I mean... Self-service check-in and check-out are available, and the front desk service is excellent! Cons: The room space is really small, the air conditioning/heating has a strange smell, and the hotel doesn't provide bottled drinking water.

I did missread that the room was a 'smoking room' ㅠㅠ but after 10min your nose gets used to it and there is basicly no problem. the room was kind of small for two people but we maneged to make our stay comfurtable. as a girl i would like if bathroom essentials would offer a hair tie (unless i didn't find it) but i was satisfyed with my stay. the location too was really good, surrounding the tourist popular places

Located right in the centre of Nakasu. There's a familymart in front of the hotel and it's easy enough. Check in is with a machine so be prepared.

The hotel's cleanliness was good, and the room had a microwave. Amenities like toothbrushes and bathrobes needed to be self-serviced. The room was quite small, but that's normal for Japan. There's a convenience store nearby. However, there were two major downsides: First, it's too far from Hakata Station. Even for someone like me who can walk a lot, it was unbearable, and I ended up spending extra money on two bus rides (three stops) every day. Second, the hotel staff's attitude was very mediocre.
