Even after registering and submitting, I received multiple emails asking me to register my name on the guest list, which made me worried about whether I would be able to check in. However, I was relieved when the check-in guide email arrived earlier than expected on the day. The room was very clean."

"A 10-minute walk from Hakata Station West Exit. Check-out is at 11 AM, and you can get a complimentary drink at the first-floor bar on the day of check-in. The twin room was a decent size, enough to open two suitcases. Beyond that, there's nothing particularly special – it's pretty standard."

"Staff friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The room I booked was small, but the bed was a double bed, the bed took up a lot of space, narrowing the walking passage, not enough position to open the suitcase."

"I stayed here for two nights right after landing in Fukuoka, and even as a solo traveler, the room felt incredibly cramped. I quickly switched hotels on the third day. The room was tiny and dated, giving off a vibe reminiscent of a guesthouse from the last century. You basically stepped out of the door and were immediately at the bed. My suitcase could only perch precariously on a folding luggage rack. The cleanliness was mediocre. The bathroom seemed quite clean and looked like it had been thoroughly scrubbed, but the room walls were very dirty with black marks. It wasn't until I opened my suitcase and its wheels rubbed against the wall that I realized where those black marks came from. Even though it was a non-smoking floor, the air in the room wasn't great. After just one night, my tonsils became inflamed. Those with sensitivities should definitely avoid this place. Toiletries and bathrobes were self-service in the lobby downstairs. The small packets of toner and lotion were surprisingly good, and the compressed exfoliating mitt was also quite useful. Drinking water wasn't provided, but there was a self-service laundry room. The hotel's location is pretty good, though. Le Labo is directly across the street, and there are many trendy shops and restaurants nearby. Tenjin shopping district is also within walking distance. It was quite cheap when I booked it, so I won't complain too much. It's suitable for backpackers."

"The overall experience is wonderful, they provide careful service and the location of the hotel is really convenient. However, the public bath area is relatively small comparing to my expectations, so sometimes it was not that chill when sharing 5+ people in that area. Breakfast is great, but if you stay for couple nights, then I suggest just booking two of the sections is enough."

"17min walk from Hakata JR station or 15min walk from Gion subway station (Exit-5), walk Giono Street & pass by the famous FUKUOKA RAMEN :). As you arrive, you are away from street noise and crowds, facing a tranquil ‘Naka’ river. Lucky us we got Blue blue skies! The pinnacle in AUTOMATION!! You get an email with all instructions on how to enter building, room operations all in English and detailed (Japan). Freezing, but soon the aircon was set for 25°C we were comfortable. Everything clean and in its place. Beds & pillows comfortable and clean. TV local channels immerses you into the Japanese cult….. ‘honto’ Canal City Hakata is 5min walk. They have everything from food, restaurants, ATMs, games area. We liked it very much."

"Hotel is location is very convniant, being about 10 mins by public transport to the airport and cloth toshopping locations like Donq , Parco , canal city hakata bring located within only about 10 mins walk. Hotel also included all amenities as advertised, but for mine, WIFI wasnt working. Other than that its a great hotel !"

"The guy at the front desk, who seemed to be Indian or Nepalese, let us check in over an hour early, which was great. Laundry and dryers are on the 10th floor, and it seems like the front desk, toiletries, pajamas, and coffee are all up there too. It's a bit inconvenient that there's no free luggage storage; they have lockers on the 1st floor that cost 500 JPY. For checkout, you just drop your room card into a box in the elevator. To get here, you transfer one or two stops from Nakasu-Kawabata to Gofukumachi Station, then it's about a 10-minute walk. There's a convenience store nearby."

"This hotel is super close to the Chikushi Exit of Hakata Station, which was really convenient since our day tour meeting point was right in front of the Lawson convenience store in the plaza. It made dining and getting around incredibly easy. The room itself wasn't huge, but the bathroom was very clean. They tidied up daily, changed towels, and refilled our mineral water, so the daily service was pretty good. For breakfast, there are three set menus plus one seasonal option, and all of them tasted great. We started each day feeling refreshed and energized!"
