This is the most disgusting and despicable thing any hotel management can do is to chase my father off the premises when he was waiting quietly for me downstairs to have breakfast. I am staying with my mother in this hotel and since they’re not together anymore, my father decided to wait for me at the quiet third floor banquet. I was just getting ready to meet my father when the security manager and his team of security threatened my father with Police to arrest him! To which my father replied that his lawyer will sue them for malicious prosecution! Since he was just quietly sitting at the sofa waiting for his son to come down! Not having issues. Eventually, my father removed himself from the hotel but yet; the security manager was physically manhandling my father while at the lobby by grabbing his arm even though he was walking normally! The security manager was just trying to create a scene with my father. DO NOT STAY HERE! These people here are vile and vindictive in their demeanours! Totally unprofessional and have no work ethics! No services from the heart ❤️ They are a total disgrace to the hospitality industry! Definitely not a 5 Star Hotel in services but more like a putrid fish market!

I've been to Fukuoka multiple times and previously stayed at other establishments that simply cannot match the Ritz. Got a king room for my honeymoon. Really appreciate Sanjay and rest of staff making us feel very appreciated from check-in until departure. The level of attentiveness was impressive, and people here speak good English. Location is quite good, close to metro/bus stops, Ohori park,and plenty of eateries/shopping/yatai's. Room is as modern as you'd expect. Bed and bathroom are very comfortable - other hotels are going to struggle to match this level of sophistication. I really appreciated the amount of space vs the typical Japanese hotel. Great amount of amenities. Minor suggestions for improvement - in-room snacks - we got the impression that several of the snacks were complimentary. After we checked out, we discovered that they were not, an unpleasant surprise. Some better communication here would be valuable. Late check out - as an Elite member at check-in we were told that late check out would be offered. However, on the day of I discovered that I still had to call to ask for late check out, and then I had to wait a bit until they called back to confirm. The small details matter in delivering a flawless experience. Still, these are relatively minor things and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. On our next stay to lovely Fukuoka we'd definitely only stay here. Book it, you won't regret it.

ニューオタニブランドなので、それなりの期待をしていましたが、残念ながら打ち砕かれました。 ビジネス利用で朝食付きツインタイプに1人で宿泊。 部屋の広さは十分で清潔感はあり、アメニティも充実していました。古さは否めない感じですが、水回りやクローゼット等一部はリニューアルされており、空調も不快さはなく良かったです。 しかし、ベッドのマットレスは安めのモノでしょうか、寝心地は良くありません。周辺にある新しいビジネスホテルの方がよっぽどこだわりのある高品質モノが多いと感じました。 その点については、大きく期待を裏切られてしまいました。 洋食バイキングの朝食は品数がものすごく少なく、本当に残念でした。 *料理のオーダーが出来る点や、味は全般的に合格点ですが、種類が少なすぎるのは驚きを隠せず愕然としました。 朝食会場のスタッフの対応も味気なく、空いていたのに流れ作業的な感じる雑な感じ。ホテルの看板を背負っている意識は微塵も感じられませんでした。 清掃スタッフはすれ違いざまにしっかり立ち止まって挨拶されましたが、遠くに見えてスタッフは横柄な歩き方でダラダラとしていて気分が悪くなりました。 この点についても、周辺の新しいビジネスホテルの方が教育が行き届いている感じがします。 フロントスタッフの方々は、忙しそうでしたがテキパキとしていて不快さはありませんでしたが、一方で暖かさは感じませんでした。 結論、バード、ソフト、値段を勘案すると選びません。 よっぽど安ければまた泊まりたいとは思いますが、積極的にはナシです。 バードは予算の問題もあり簡単には改善出来ませんが、スタッフ教育は幾らでも出来るはずです。 気が付いたら、周辺の競合ホテルや、競合ではないランクのホテルに抜かれていた、、、そんな未来が近いホテルですね。

I like old fashion hotels, but this one just feels old. Room was extremely basic, restroom ugly, and pillows uncomfortable. Japanese breakfast was elegant but hard to digests. The buffet breakfast had some options, but still limited. But the worst part is that you need to pay extra usd 22 to use a small gym! I wish I knew earlier… I won’t stay here again. Location is convenient though just walking distance from the station.

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, but I was very satisfied because the cleaning and room condition were better than I thought. First of all, the advantage is 1. Room condition Most of the Japanese accommodations were worried because the rooms were small, but despite the fact that there were two beds, I was able to arrange my luggage by spreading two large suitcases. It was really nice to prepare in the morning because each toilet was separate. When my boyfriend shaved in the sink, I was comfortable with a toilet or shower. Two beds were separated, but the bottom of the bed was wheeled, so I could move the bed alone! We put two beds on the wall and we used the floor a little wider. It's a convenience store food in Japan! There are microwave ovens, vending machines and washing machines on the 1st and 2nd floors of the hotel, so when I came into the hotel for 3 days, I definitely stopped by the convenience store next to me and bought a late-night snack. Location It was a great location for our couple who had a schedule around Tenjin. I can go anywhere within 10 minutes on foot, so after the day's schedule, I came into the hotel and took a rest. After coming out at dawn, I went shopping comfortably when there was no line at the nearby Donkey Hotel. ㅎㅎㅎ Tenjin Station, Nakasu Food Street, It was so nice that the city, including Canal City, Don Quixote, convenience stores, and Ichiran Ramen, all within 10 minutes walk. 3. You have to bring your room key to the security elevator to get on, and at 12 p.m., the automatic door, which is the entrance door of the hotel, is also open only by taking a room key! I was worried that there was no resident staff at the front desk, but I didn't have to worry. 4. It was nice to have a separate smoking space in the parking lot on the first floor of the smoking hotel 5. There seemed to be no toilet bowl and toilet bowl, but one side of the bar table had a square gap, so when I opened it, there was a mirror, a space to store cosmetics inside, and even lights on both sides of the mirror. It was easy to hair and I liked the dressing table. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ The downside is 1. Hakata Excel Hotel Tokyu Hotel in prime location in Nakasu I stayed there because it was very close to the restaurant I had booked for the night 🏨 Check in at the front desk Because amenities are provided I took what I needed and went to my room. There was no water in the refrigerator. It was written that the water in the sink can be used as drinking water. I used it as drinking water in a kettle. I was happy that coffee and tea were available ☕️ The bath is a unit bath🛀 The hardness of the bed is just right I was able to sleep soundly 🛏️ Outside was a busy downtown area, with restaurants and people buzzing at night. The noise didn't bother me either☺️ It's not a new hotel The cleaning was thorough, clean and comfortable ☺️ Two things caught my attention There was Wi-Fi. That's about it when I was weak 🛜 (It's not that it can't be used, but it's weak) Another thing is that I was planning to park in the hotel parking lot. It seems to be a multi-storey parking lot, so one-box cars cannot enter. All I did was look for a nearby parking lot 🚗 I should have checked properly in advance 😳 I read that the breakfast was delicious as well. I didn't receive it this time🍚

The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the sybway ( Nakasuka Wabata exit#3 ). It is also in very close proximity to Tenjin station for train out ( such as Dazaifu and Yanagawa ) and shopping / eating. The hotel itself have very good rooms - in Japanese standard. You can collect any amenities you like on the ground floor near the reception. Reception was smooth - even they do NOT speak English ( later on 1 of the night shifts there was foreigner shift manager that helped much with his fluent English ). Wifi - good Breakfast - great!!!! but tend to be same every day of our 4 nights stay. Only 1 negative - we booked corner room that overview the water - this have NO soundproof window and we had to change the room. Pillow too much hard. Pls. note that in Japan - Double bed is hardly good for 1.... Queen bed is ok for 2.... King bed is best..

I’m finishing a five night stay at the Comfort Hotel Fukuoka Tenjin. This is my third Comfort Hotel this year, and all have been similarly reliably comfortable budget hotels. The Fukuoka Tenjin version I chose because of its proximity to the places I needed to go. Tenjin is a busy area with plenty of nighttime activities to keep people busy. The hotel is on a busy road and there is noise if your room is on the front side. The dark pull down shade is great at blocking the morning sunshine for late sleepers. I slept well in spite of outside noise. I’m sure rooms facing north are quiet, but the sunshine is on the front side. The room is comfortable for soli travelers. For couples it may be ok, but For me, alone, it was fine. The bathroom is spacious for budget Japanese hotels, not the typical unit bath, and the rain forest showerhead and body spray functions are nice. For the cost, this hotel is a bargain. Tons of restaurants nearby, including 24 hour udon across the street. Mitsukoshi and Daimaru department stores a couple blocks away, and the subway 100 meters away. Easy access by subway from the airport, with no train changes. I like this hotel and its location. If I’m back in Fukuoka again, this hotel will be my first choice.
