I like old fashion hotels, but this one just feels old. Room was extremely basic, restroom ugly, and pillows uncomfortable. Japanese breakfast was elegant but hard to digests. The buffet breakfast had some options, but still limited. But the worst part is that you need to pay extra usd 22 to use a small gym! I wish I knew earlier… I won’t stay here again. Location is convenient though just walking distance from the station.

ニューオタニブランドなので、それなりの期待をしていましたが、残念ながら打ち砕かれました。 ビジネス利用で朝食付きツインタイプに1人で宿泊。 部屋の広さは十分で清潔感はあり、アメニティも充実していました。古さは否めない感じですが、水回りやクローゼット等一部はリニューアルされており、空調も不快さはなく良かったです。 しかし、ベッドのマットレスは安めのモノでしょうか、寝心地は良くありません。周辺にある新しいビジネスホテルの方がよっぽどこだわりのある高品質モノが多いと感じました。 その点については、大きく期待を裏切られてしまいました。 洋食バイキングの朝食は品数がものすごく少なく、本当に残念でした。 *料理のオーダーが出来る点や、味は全般的に合格点ですが、種類が少なすぎるのは驚きを隠せず愕然としました。 朝食会場のスタッフの対応も味気なく、空いていたのに流れ作業的な感じる雑な感じ。ホテルの看板を背負っている意識は微塵も感じられませんでした。 清掃スタッフはすれ違いざまにしっかり立ち止まって挨拶されましたが、遠くに見えてスタッフは横柄な歩き方でダラダラとしていて気分が悪くなりました。 この点についても、周辺の新しいビジネスホテルの方が教育が行き届いている感じがします。 フロントスタッフの方々は、忙しそうでしたがテキパキとしていて不快さはありませんでしたが、一方で暖かさは感じませんでした。 結論、バード、ソフト、値段を勘案すると選びません。 よっぽど安ければまた泊まりたいとは思いますが、積極的にはナシです。 バードは予算の問題もあり簡単には改善出来ませんが、スタッフ教育は幾らでも出来るはずです。 気が付いたら、周辺の競合ホテルや、競合ではないランクのホテルに抜かれていた、、、そんな未来が近いホテルですね。

Three of us stayed in single room on ladies floor and was a good stay with a ladies lounge which provided free coffee capsule with coffee machine, drinking water, message chair, few types of essential oils which we could spray in our room and return after used., washer with fee of Yen500 which we think was reasonable. Able to soak in bath tub after a long sight seeing and shopping day. Front desk was very helpful with our advance taxi reservation for next day early morning depart for our flight. Highly recommended although with a 8-10 mins walk Hakata station.

Stayed alone in September 2020. The room is breakfast in a double room. First of all, it is a chic atmosphere with a wide 々 that makes you think it is a foreign hotel from the moment you enter the entrance. The rooms were 20 ㎡ in the lower category and the ceiling was high. Good point is that a small table and chair that is easy to use, free mineral water, USB outlets and cables on the head of the bed are set in advance (type C, micro B, Lightning conversion is possible). Furthermore, the WiFi environment is too fast with 190Mbps. The bathroom is almost new and perfect with the latest washlet, large bathtub and amenities, Panasonic dryer. LCD TV is about 40 inches sharp. It is a safety box that is conscious of inbound demand. Breakfast is especially recommended. In the corona cherry blossom, the main is selected and the salad and omelet are ordered by addition. The croissant of the western food plate was so sacky and very delicious. There is also a free transfer to Hakata Station and Fukuoka Airport, so it is convenient with cospa over the location if you actively use it. Great hotel that is a waste of business demand. Hotel that can be recommended as a family, couple, and destination for sightseeing purposes.

I think some of them are cheap, but at check-in, you will be asked if you need an amenity toothbrush or razor. There is nothing in the room. The gown is also a style that you bring yourself from the lobby. The person wearing it was roaming in the lobby, but it is difficult to design like a human dock. Because I had to go to the lobby to get all the necessary items, it was quite embarrassing to get on the elevator with pillows. I think welcome coffee is a good service. Regarding breakfast, it was like this by saying that bread, soup, boiled eggs, and drinks were free. We think that it is good hotel for person who does not want much because it is cheap.

Awesome. Would definitely stay again. Only bad thing was that I could hear the people above me walking. Got to use the dyson hairdryer for the first time, which was cool. There's a combination washer/dryer which was super nice (you have to bring your own laundry detergent). There's also an actual kitchen with actual counter space, which is perfect if you want to save a bit on the cost of traveling and not eat out every single day. Also, the room was HUGE. Definitely bigger than any hotel I've stayed at before. 100% would recommend this place!
