I like old fashion hotels, but this one just feels old. Room was extremely basic, restroom ugly, and pillows uncomfortable. Japanese breakfast was elegant but hard to digests. The buffet breakfast had some options, but still limited. But the worst part is that you need to pay extra usd 22 to use a small gym! I wish I knew earlier… I won’t stay here again. Location is convenient though just walking distance from the station.

The hotel is very new, the decor is very warm, and it is quiet at night, it feels like having a home in this city. The landlord is Japanese, the Chinese is also very good, the person is very kind, and the communication is very pleasant. She picked us up at the train station in advance and introduced the places to eat, drink and play around. The fly in the ointment is that there is no breakfast. This is the most disgusting and despicable thing any hotel management can do is to chase my father off the premises when he was waiting quietly for me downstairs to have breakfast. I am staying with my mother in this hotel and since they’re not together anymore, my father decided to wait for me at the quiet third floor banquet. I was just getting ready to meet my father when the security manager and his team of security threatened my father with Police to arrest him! To which my father replied that his lawyer will sue them for malicious prosecution! Since he was just quietly sitting at the sofa waiting for his son to come down! Not having issues. Eventually, my father removed himself from the hotel but yet; the security manager was physically manhandling my father while at the lobby by grabbing his arm even though he was walking normally! The security manager was just trying to create a scene with my father. DO NOT STAY HERE! These people here are vile and vindictive in their demeanours! Totally unprofessional and have no work ethics! No services from the heart ❤️ They are a total disgrace to the hospitality industry! Definitely not a 5 Star Hotel in services but more like a putrid fish market!

It is so convenient and so close to the Hakata JR, the room size is alright and the facility is new and clean. Just walk from the subway and no need to afraid of rains and sunshine. The hotel staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast served is nice.

The service is simply not good enough for a 4* hotel. We arrived at 19h and the restaurant was full and did not serve us. Even worth, we could not have breakfast the next morning. We had asked the night before at the reception if we needed to book breakfast and we were told that we just had to give our room number in the morning. When we came at 8h45, the staff told us that all breakfasts were sold out. I know it sounds unbelievable for a presumed 4* hotel but that's the way it was for us. I will never come back to that hotel and I recommend you to choose another one.

The hotel is a good choice for a short-term stay in Fukuoka. It is very close to the Hakata Station, and is not that far from the International Airport. We found a good cozy-twin room for me and my friend and it was at a cheap price. All necessary amenities are in the room, so you don’t need to take much with you on your trip. The only concern we had was related to daily cleaning services because upon our arrival some of the dirt on the table was not removed.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in Jan 2020. The hotel location is excellent; 7 minutes walk from JR Hakata Station and 2 minutes to the Canal City shopping mall. It only takes about 10 - 15 minutes from the airport to the hotel by taxi for about JPY2,000 (less than USD20). The front desk is very helpful and friendly. Since the hotel was only opened in Jan 2020, everything is so new. We stayed in a twin bed room with a sofa bed for my teenage child. However, you still feel spacious. The room is clean and comfortable. I like the bathroom which is equipped with shower and bath-tube. There is also a public bath which is absolutely value added. The lobby is very well designed with a touch of Japanese style. When we asked the front line staff to call a taxi for us to go to the airport on our departure, the staff not only took care of our request but also led us the way from the hotel lobby to the parking where the taxi was waiting. I call this genuine service from the heart. This is the first time I give a 5-star review to a hotel. I believe they earn it and desire it, and hopefully they can keep on with it.

Location is super nice, right in the centre of Canal City which has many shops and good restaurants. The room itself is clean but unfortunately the toilet is a bit small. Also there are no coin washing machines available so might be a bit difficult with the dirty clothes if you are having a longer stay. There is a vending machine for drinks on the same floor as my room so it was really convenient. Staff is very helpful and friendly. A very enjoyable stay for me overall and will definitely come back the next time when I’m in Fukuoka.

Quality hotel within 5-10 minutes walk of JR Hakata Fukuoka train station. Rooms were decent sized for Japan and had good amenities. Bathroom and shower had Mikimoto Cosmetics shampoo and hand wash. The shower is next to a bath tub and mineral salts are provided if guests want a soak. There is a Lawson opposite the hotel entrance. A Aeon max value supermarket is about 15 minutes walk away. Canal City shopping mall is 10 minutes walk away. Breakfast buffet was brilliant, esp the Japanese style egg omelette dish. One drawback is that there is no English version breakfast menu. The beds are firm and comfortable. Hotel readily provides firm pillows when asked.

I chose the washbasin on the bed side and the bath and toilet are separated. Because it was used by a private car, after arriving, I told the front desk to use the parking lot in the hotel, and the three-dimensional parking lot cannot be used by the approach of typhoon 14, so please look for the parking lot by yourself. Then, I wanted to guide you by the map with the parking lot near the hotel at least. I was disappointed to think that the stress of looking for parking while examining parking fees in the land I didn't know was not understood by this hotel.

One stop from Hakata on the Nanakuma subway line, it's almost right in front of you when you get to the ground level, so it's very accessible! About 10 minutes walk from Hakata Station. It's basically unmanned and I hardly ever meet the staff from check-in to check-out, but I didn't experience any inconvenience and had a very comfortable stay. If I had to pick a drawback, it would be that when I sat on the toilet in my room, the wall in front of me was so close that it was difficult to stand up. I was happy because I didn't expect breakfast to be free for light meals. However, the amount is quite small. The amenities in the room should be enough, but they also have them next to the elevator, so you shouldn't have any problems.
