This is the most disgusting and despicable thing any hotel management can do is to chase my father off the premises when he was waiting quietly for me downstairs to have breakfast. I am staying with my mother in this hotel and since they’re not together anymore, my father decided to wait for me at the quiet third floor banquet. I was just getting ready to meet my father when the security manager and his team of security threatened my father with Police to arrest him! To which my father replied that his lawyer will sue them for malicious prosecution! Since he was just quietly sitting at the sofa waiting for his son to come down! Not having issues. Eventually, my father removed himself from the hotel but yet; the security manager was physically manhandling my father while at the lobby by grabbing his arm even though he was walking normally! The security manager was just trying to create a scene with my father. DO NOT STAY HERE! These people here are vile and vindictive in their demeanours! Totally unprofessional and have no work ethics! No services from the heart ❤️ They are a total disgrace to the hospitality industry! Definitely not a 5 Star Hotel in services but more like a putrid fish market!

ニューオタニブランドなので、それなりの期待をしていましたが、残念ながら打ち砕かれました。 ビジネス利用で朝食付きツインタイプに1人で宿泊。 部屋の広さは十分で清潔感はあり、アメニティも充実していました。古さは否めない感じですが、水回りやクローゼット等一部はリニューアルされており、空調も不快さはなく良かったです。 しかし、ベッドのマットレスは安めのモノでしょうか、寝心地は良くありません。周辺にある新しいビジネスホテルの方がよっぽどこだわりのある高品質モノが多いと感じました。 その点については、大きく期待を裏切られてしまいました。 洋食バイキングの朝食は品数がものすごく少なく、本当に残念でした。 *料理のオーダーが出来る点や、味は全般的に合格点ですが、種類が少なすぎるのは驚きを隠せず愕然としました。 朝食会場のスタッフの対応も味気なく、空いていたのに流れ作業的な感じる雑な感じ。ホテルの看板を背負っている意識は微塵も感じられませんでした。 清掃スタッフはすれ違いざまにしっかり立ち止まって挨拶されましたが、遠くに見えてスタッフは横柄な歩き方でダラダラとしていて気分が悪くなりました。 この点についても、周辺の新しいビジネスホテルの方が教育が行き届いている感じがします。 フロントスタッフの方々は、忙しそうでしたがテキパキとしていて不快さはありませんでしたが、一方で暖かさは感じませんでした。 結論、バード、ソフト、値段を勘案すると選びません。 よっぽど安ければまた泊まりたいとは思いますが、積極的にはナシです。 バードは予算の問題もあり簡単には改善出来ませんが、スタッフ教育は幾らでも出来るはずです。 気が付いたら、周辺の競合ホテルや、競合ではないランクのホテルに抜かれていた、、、そんな未来が近いホテルですね。

I like old fashion hotels, but this one just feels old. Room was extremely basic, restroom ugly, and pillows uncomfortable. Japanese breakfast was elegant but hard to digests. The buffet breakfast had some options, but still limited. But the worst part is that you need to pay extra usd 22 to use a small gym! I wish I knew earlier… I won’t stay here again. Location is convenient though just walking distance from the station.

These few points alone have surpassed many hotels~ Environment: From Hakata Station, transfer to the Nanakuma Line and get off at [Kushida Shrine], which is about a 10-minute walk away. It is located in the middle of a lively area with many restaurants nearby. It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the Tenjin underground shopping mall, which is very convenient! Facilities: This time I booked a deluxe king bed room. The room is 35 square meters. It is large, new and clean. The mattress and quilt are very comfortable. It is also equipped with a round bathtub. The hotel provides free bath salts, although there is no hot spring equipment. But you can also take a good bath~ Service: Let’s get to the point here. Originally, I thought the hotel only provided breakfast included in my room rate. Only after I checked in did I realize that it actually provides all-day buffet! ! ! That is to say, you can eat breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, and it is open from 7 am to 9 pm! ! ! The key point is that their buffet is not just perfunctory. I enjoyed dinner and breakfast. There was a wide variety and the quality of the food was very high. Every dish was exquisite. There were 7 or 8 types of desserts alone. I was completely dazzled. There are three Daiwa brand hotels in Hakata, but this is the cheapest. Location just across the southern end of Nakasu to the west. Close to downtown, the nearest stations are Nakasu Kawabata, Tenjin, Tenjin Minami, and Nishitetsu Fukuoka, which are about a 10-minute walk away. They are all a little far away, but they are easy to move in each direction. When the Nanakuma Subway Line opens, I think the newly established new station will be the nearest station. The combination is next to it and Nakasu is within walking distance. There are rooms with unit baths and shower rooms, both of which are the same price. I made it a shower room because I only use the shower in the unit bath. I think this is easier to use for shower groups.

First of all, the location is not very close to Tenjin Station, but it is enough to walk. There will be a lot of things to use the bus, but it is about 5 minutes walk from the bus stop! And check-in is unmanned self-check-in, but I couldn't get an email, so I only helped the person who stayed ㅠㅠ I hope you will receive the check-in method and reservation number by email! And the facilities were the most value for money room I've ever been to in Japan. The room was large and the accommodation was very good! I want to visit again next time I travel to Fukuoka! The exterior of the hotel is clean and the lobby is also very clean. Check-in and check-out can all be done by yourself, and the hoteliers are very helpful! The hotel's location was close to Tenjin and close to the bus stop to nearby areas, making it convenient to move around. I went to Itoshima by taking the Showa Bus from the nearby Nakasu stop and it was really nice❤️ I was disappointed to come on the coldest day of the year, but I think this hotel will have more advantages if you come on a warm day. Next time I come to Fukuoka, I plan to book again🎶🎶
