The hotel shuttle requires advance booking. If you don't have a reservation, you can take a bus from Platform 5 in front of Fukuyama Station, get off at Tomonoura Station, and the hotel is just a 1-minute walk away. The hotel has indoor and outdoor hot springs on the rooftop. This time, I stayed in a sea-view room, which offered expansive views from the window and was spacious and comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner were set menus/kaiseki meals, featuring delicious and fresh seafood. There are many temples nearby, the traditional streets are quiet and peaceful, and the harbor scenery is beautiful. It's a great place for a relaxing vacation.

Services are very good even though the location is quite remote. It worth to spend sometime there for relaxation.

Our family of four was looking for a special experience off the beaten path. This hotel was lovely. We reserved a private onsen so we could try that. We also enjoyed our multicourse dinner and authentic Japanese breakfast, package which we never would have known to order. The staff was lovely and the concierge spoke excellent English, which was very helpful for us. Tomonoura is a cute little town and the ferry over to the island was fun.

The hotel offers a scheduled shuttle bus from Fukuyama Station, which is very convenient. Although I stayed at the Annex, the room was large and new, and it even had a terrace with a sea view. There was no shower in the room; you had to go to the public bath, which was well-equipped and very comfortable. The welcome drink was hot soup and dried fish, which was quite unique. The two meals included with the stay were very plentiful, and the service was excellent.

It wasn't a large facility, but it was a very nice inn with a view of the ocean right in front of you. The food was delicious and served in a private room, so I was able to relax. The hot spring water was very warming, so I stayed warm for a while. The view from the open-air bath was amazing. The location is also good for exploring the town, so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity. The staff were also very nice. The layout of the inn was a bit complicated, so I got lost a few times trying to find my way back to my room 😂

Very good. It's not new, but it's neat and clean. The hot spring is very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast are simple but plentiful. I would definitely come again if I have the chance.

The hotel boasts a beautiful sea view, but the noise from the air conditioning and motorcycles at night makes for poor sleep quality, and the food has significant room for improvement.

A hot spring hotel with a long history. I strongly recommend the 1 night 2 meals package. The food quality is very high. The downside is that you can't take a shower in the room, you have to go to the big bath.

In the photo when I applied, there were four beds, but it was a completely Japanese-style room. I was satisfied in the end. The staff were very polite.

The hot spring water is not hot enough, and the water in the large bath shower area drains too slowly, so there is a chance of water accumulation. Sashimi may contain fish bones. The overall price/performance ratio is not high.

The staff provided good service. If you don't drive yourself, the hotel will also provide a shuttle to Fushan Station.

跟歐風亭距離很進,可以共用大浴場！要登醉仙島的船也很近！附近有對潮樓，醫王寺，常夜燈！還是厓上的波妞取景拍攝地點！宮崎駿曾經在某一個咖啡廳逗留！附近也有一間全家便利商店

酒店迎送大巴就在福山站，大巴連接三個酒店，還有歐風亭和遠音近音，景勝館的性價比較高，有可以直接觀賞到海景的房間，有自帶的温泉，也可以去另外兩家泡。酒店也是一泊二食，不過味道也就中規中矩。鞆之浦可以隨意逛逛，據説是宮崎駿的電影《懸崖上的金魚姬》的取景地。
