Great location within 5 min walking distance from JR Fukuyama station. It is a new hotel. Many restaurant and shops near the station.

Check out time is 10:00 am but a loud vacuum cleaner noise is audible at around 08:30 am. No breakfast available. But location is convenient, not that far from the station.

I was a bit worried about Hotel Livemax because the cleanliness of each hotel varies, but this one was cleaner and more comfortable than I expected. There was a kettle in the room, but no instant coffee or tea, so I would have personally been happy if there was.

I stayed at the 3-day, 2-night plan with no meals included. I was very satisfied with the price and the location, which was good and close to Fukuyama Station. I also thought it was convenient that there was a microwave. My only complaint is that the cleaning wasn't thorough. Behind the microwave, there was a piece of candy that the previous guest had probably put in their mouth and spat out. I felt uncomfortable touching it.
