Fukuyama Station Inn

It was a shame that breakfast was just a bento box.

Since it wasn't designated as non-smoking, there was a smell of cigarettes, but I got used to it quickly. It was perfectly fine since I was only staying overnight.

The location is good, and although it's old, it's reasonably clean. If you need to use the parking lot, it costs 500 yen if you reserve it by the day before. Please note that it will cost 1,000 yen if you reserve it on the day!

The front desk staff were very polite. The facilities are a little old, but they were clean and I was very satisfied with the price and location.

It was a great value accommodation. There were a lot of castles and bars nearby, which was nice.

It's a Showa-era style hotel, and the unit bathroom is quite small, but I stayed there knowing I only needed a place to sleep, so I have no complaints. ...Or so I thought, but I was tired from work and wanted to relax, so I ended up using the public bathhouse in front of the station. The Onomichi ramen in front of the station was delicious too!

Although I only stayed overnight, it was very comfortable. The bed was spacious and comfortable. It would have been helpful if they had provided hand soap. I was relieved to hear that the front desk is open 24 hours a day.
