We had a nice one night stay at Fulda Ibis and was glad to find a nice hotel in the centfum of the city. We missing the option to eat a dinner on the hotel. We get a very NOT very tasty pizza delivered to the hotel.

Efficient check-in although receptionist also works at the bar. Simple but spacious room, fully functional for working. Decent morning breakfast. Had room on fourth floor but disturbed at night by the noise of passing trains. Willing to accomodate this dsicomfort for reasonable room rate.

Ich schreibe eigentlich nur noch über ein rotes Ibis, wenn es ganz besonders ist. Dieses hier in Fulda ist so eines. Wiederholt gab es ein Upgrade in eines der "Turmzimmer", die deutlich größer und weit höherwertiger eingerichtet sind. In Deutschland habe ich solch eine Zimmerqualität in einem roten Ibis bislang noch nicht erlebt. Meine Erfahrungen mit dem Personal sind durchweg positiv. Wenn in Fulda, dann Ibis Fulda.

Haben wir beim letzten Besuch noch gedacht, dass die One-Man-Show beim Frühstück sonntagsbedingt ist, so mussten wir feststellen, dass dies auch wochentags der Fall ist-Hut ab vor dem Mitarbeiter! Auch Danke für das Zimmer Upgrade, wir wussten nicht, dass es so etwas auch bei IBIS gibt. Sollte unsere Lust auf die Kneipe “Heimat”-die Bemmenkneipe überhand nehmen, dann auch wieder IBIS!

Gebucht war ein Komfortzimmer (und im Voraus bezahlt), erhalten haben wir ein Standard-Zimmer. Nach Beschwerde bekamen wir ein neues Zimmer, erneut Standard, wie sich herausstellte. Das wiederholte sich ein weiteres Mal, bis man uns mitteilte, dass kein Komfortzimmer frei ist. Erst die zweite Nacht konnten wir im Komfortzimmer verbringen. Als Entschädigung sollte nur der Preis eines Standardzimmers für beide Nächte berechnet werden. Stattdessen wurde der volle Preis abgebucht - und das obwohl wir auch noch Prämienpunkte eingesetzt hatten. Was die Leistung / den Service von Accor betrifft das mit weitem Abstand schlechteste, dass ich bisher erleben durfte.

Das Ibis Hotel, war wie immer sehr zufriedenstellend. Einziges Manko, die stark frequentierte Strasse direkt vor dem Hotel. An Schlaf war nur mit geschlossenem Fenster zu denken. Frühstück war total ausreichend. Sauberkeit wie immer top.

Leider unfreundliche Dame beim Check In und unfähige Dame an der Bar. Zimmer ist gerade noch okay bzgl. Sauberkeit. Klimaanlage ist dreckig und sehr Laut... muss man abstellen damit man sich im Zimmer überhaupt unterhalten kann. Unangenehmer Geruch im Gang. Frühstücksauswahl im Vergleich mit anderen IBIS Hotels überschaubar.

gutes ZImmer, gut klimatisiert, nicht zu weit vom Bahnhof entfernt, ich habe gut geschlafen und mich über mein Freigetränk gefreut. Bei der Anreise war die NAchmittagsschicht deutlich freundicher und kundenorientuerter als die Frühschicht
