I only recommend this place if you are planning to go to Disneyland as they have complimentary shuttle bus from and to Disneyland. Choose this hotel if you only need a place to sleep after spending the whole day at Disneyland. Otherwise, you get what you pay for. Room has the smell of someone smoking. Amenities are clean but old. Wifi is extremely slow so please do not rely on the Hotel internet when you stay here. Room is not soundproof. During the day, despite the noise from room service outside, I kept hearing the weird loud noise of banging on door and wall. It didn't sound like someone knocking on the door, it was banging on the door for renovation or something. I was so tired and just tried to catch some Z's and this was very annoying. Pool area looks nice but the pool itself is dirty. The hotel is right next to Holiday Inn so taxi/carshare drivers made a mistake of which hotel lobby to drop off most of the time. Be aware of that! Hotel is in walking distance to Target, restaurants, farmer market, which is a plus.

The hotel room is big and they provide free shuttle service to and from Disneyland. Breakfast was also inclusive but don't expect anything fabulous, mostst often its just common carbs eg. porridge,pancakes,bread, cereals etc, still not that bad.

The hotel provide free breakfast and shuttle to Disneyland, which I find them very convenient and useful. However they’re understaffed at reception. The room is not that clean, but is big. There’s also laundry room.

Very old hotel and in a need of a face lift. Location was a little confusing to get to because the signs point away from it. Provided breakfast was less than spectacular but was at least something. They do have a free shuttle to Disneyland and offer free parking so that is a plus.

My stay at Howard Johnson by Wyndham Fullerton was disappointing overall. The breakfast quality was poor. The sausages were overly salty, and the eggs appeared to be artificial or processed rather than real eggs, which was not enjoyable. The room condition also needs serious improvement. The carpet is old and worn, the washing machine facility was not working, and the in-room telephone to contact the receptionist or housekeeping was broken. In the bathroom, the basin was blocked, and the toilet did not flush properly—it required several flushes to work, which was very inconvenient and unhygienic. The only positives are the location, which is close to Disneyland, and the relatively cheap price. However, even for a budget hotel, the maintenance and cleanliness standards were below expectations. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.

Affordable price and near Disney park. Free and plenty of parking. Breakfast is limited. The cleanness of room is not that good, having smell of mold.

this time i’ve got the room was on the side of the highway and it was very noisy. The door of the room is connected to the other room, although it is locked, the next door neighbor keeps trying to twist the door handle at night, it is very scary. Terrible stay experience

It's a bit lacking in cleanliness.

A budget hotel with a good breakfast

Advertised as "City View". About as much of the city we could see was Interstate 5 with its incessant traffic. I did ask if we could get a room on the other side of the hotel and the request was accommodated. To no fault of the management we ended up in room where at midnight the TV in the next door room was quite loud (probably to drown out their crying baby) and at 543am what sounded like a ten year old boy was very loud, not sure if he was arguing with his father or at the TV, but then the father began ranting even louder almost non stop for 20+ minutes. The room itself was nice and the traffic noise was not heard. It would have been nice not to have been woken up so earlier after the loud TV the night before.

The whole hotel is in need of a makeover. It's really run down and there was someone in our room when we checked in. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Clean room and bathroom, very friendly staff. We loved the shuttle bus service directly to Disneyland. The location is also very convenient, there are many restaurants and grocery stores near the hotel that you can walk to.
