The second time I went, I waited more than 1 o'clock noon for nearly half an hour to check in, I can understand! I applied for two pillows for two times with the cleaning and sanitation application. I asked if I was busy and gave it to us. I have to talk about it at night. I really don’t know how long it takes to get two pillows. Three people only had 2 pillows. The adults did not sleep well. The 2 showers in the bathroom are also broken. There are gardens and hot springs. It was good at first. I wanted to stay for 2 nights. This experience is too bad. I will leave decisively. Come!

這個酒店離我們的工廠開車5分鐘，很方便，但是，住過兩次，體驗太差了，第一次是去年12月底，温度比較低，晚上把空調打到30度都沒有用，床頭燈壞了不修，露着兩根一寸長的大螺絲，太恐怖了，想着反正住一晚，就算了。今年2月18號預訂本來需要住5晚的，結果第二天晚上加完班10點左右到的，房間也沒打掃，毛巾浴巾都沒換，茶杯上還有上次客户留下的口紅印，連晚退房，體驗極差，關鍵還不改善，真是無語！差評，希望能改進！

設施：不錯的地方，泡温泉水比較乾淨，游泳池也不錯。衞生：個人覺的很好，還是乾淨衞生的環境：喜歡這個地方服務：這裏的服務員，還有餐廳服務員都比較客氣，服務態度很好，好評！

設施比較老，環境不錯，温泉這些都很ok，春節旺季人比較多，但是整體還是比較舒心的，就是服務還是有巨大的提升空間，建議專業培訓一下服務人員
