Excellent hotel with excellent facilities and location. The breakfast is was amazing too. This hotel really is as good as most reviews suggest.

Everything was fantastic, hotel location, services and design of the hotel. I enjoyed the 2 nights there. Unfortunately the welcoming was not good for me as I waited for 3 hours and 20 minutes. Yes I came early before the check in time which is 2 Pm and I came at 11:50 and the front deck staff ( Eduard ) confirm to me that my room will be ready at 2 pm but till 3:10 pm only I got to my room after I esclate my issue to the front deck manager ( Peter ), the problem was not about the time I lost, but the attitude of front deck staff as he is looking to my face multiple times and he didn’t come to say sorry that your room not yet ready just to apologizing…

The entrance door of the room is very big, and I feel much better all of a sudden. The exposed balcony is comfortable. It is very convenient to dry clothes temporarily. The laundry room is fast and cheap to clean clothes. You can enjoy the popcorn and lemonade when you enter the door. Take off, the bar at night has a super atmosphere, listen to the beautiful singing, relax and fall asleep, the service staff is very caring, the island is inconvenient to park, there is a hotel parking service that you don’t have to worry about, but there is a fee, 20 euros a day

In general terms it is fine. Very good breakfast. It does not correspond to a 5 star in Spain by any means. With the price it has it seems abusive that the spa, Balinese beds or parking are not included!!! . They charge everything additionally.
There is no pool service, you have to get up to order drinks and food if you are in the pool area. However, they do have staff to pass**** with donuts to sell on the pool loungers at joking prices.
